0.03質量パーセントの両性SAS、N−ココアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸ナトリウム及び0.0025質量パーセントのナノサイズ銀粒子を含有するコロイド状溶液中の銀ナノ粒子の部分酸化から生成した溶液を消毒配合物として使用した。銀のコロイド状の溶液は、2011年5月27日付けのロシア連邦特許第2419439号「抗菌配合物及びその製造方法」に開示された方法を用いて得た。両性SAS、N−ココアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸ナトリウムの溶液を陽イオンSASの溶液の代わりに用いた。酢酸銀の水溶液を両性SASの溶液に撹拌しながら滴下した。得られた混合物を15分間撹拌し、次に水素化ホウ素ナトリウムNaBH4及び両性SASを含有する水溶液を混合物に撹拌しながら滴下した。全量の水素化ホウ素ナトリウムを加えて、溶液をさらに1時間撹拌した。よって、濃い茶色の銀コロイド溶液が得られた。合成の過程の間、銀塩が水素化ホウ素ナトリウムによって完全に還元され、ナノサイズの銀粒子が生成されることが示された。銀ナノ粒子の部分酸化の目的のために、化学量論的な量の2倍の過剰塩化ナトリウム溶液を得られた溶液に加え、次に濃度が9質量パーセントの過酸化水素溶液を撹拌しながら滴下した。そのままで溶液は徐々に濃い青紫色を増した。
一群の例1の消毒配合物を実施例1に記載のものに類似の方法で得た。その場合では、硝酸銀及び酢酸銀を還元し、さらにN−ココアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸ナトリウム、又はN−(2−エチルヘキシル)−イミノジプロピオン酸ナトリウム、又はN−オクチルイミノジプロピオン酸ナトリウム、又はN−タローアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸塩、又はN−ココアルキルアミノプロピオン酸ナトリウム、又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=2、b=3、c=2、m=2、n=1、p=0のI型の組成物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=2、b=2、c=2、m=2、n=1、p=0のI型の組成物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが5〜10の範囲内にあり、p=0のI型の化合物の混合物;又はR1がタローアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが5〜10の範囲内にあり、p=0のI型の化合物の混合物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが5〜10の範囲内にあり、pが7〜10の範囲内にあるI型の化合物の混合物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=2、b=3、c=2、m=2、q=1、p=0のII型の組成物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=1、b=2、c=1、m=1、q=1、p=0のII型の組成物;又はR1がココアルキルと定義され、M1及びM2がNaを表わし、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、qが5〜10の範囲内にあり、pが7〜10の範囲内にあるII型の化合物の混合物を両性SASとして使用した。両性SASの濃度は0.001質量パーセント〜20質量パーセントの範囲内でさまざまであり、ナノサイズの銀粒子の濃度は10−4質量パーセント〜0.5質量パーセントの範囲内でさまざまであった。得られた消毒配合物は各々、両性SAS、銀及び塩化銀を含有するナノサイズ粒子、並びに配合物の合成の過程の間に起こった反応の生成物のほかに、水を最高で100質量パーセントまで含有した。
Claims (6)
- 銀及び塩化銀の両方を含有するナノサイズ粒子並びに少なくとも1つの両性界面活性物質を含有する消毒配合物であって、
前記少なくとも1つの両性界面活性物質が、N−(2−エチルヘキシル)−イミノジプロピオン酸及びその塩、N−オクチルイミノジプロピオン酸及びその塩、N−タローアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸及びその塩、N−ココアルキルイミノジプロピオン酸及びその塩、N−ココアルキルアミノプロピオン酸及びその塩;
次の式:
(式中、R 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=2、b=2又は3、c=2、m=2、n=1、p=0)もつI型の化合物;
R 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが5〜10の範囲内にあり、p=0のI型の化合物の混合物;
R 1 がタローアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが1〜5の範囲内にあり、p=0のI型の化合物の混合物;
R 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、nが1〜5の範囲内にあり、pが7〜10の範囲内にあるI型の化合物の混合物;
並びに次の式:
(式中、R 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=2、b=3、c=2、m=2、q=1、p=0;又はR 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=1、b=2、c=1、m=1、q=1、p=0)をもつII型の化合物;
R 1 がココアルキルと定義され、M 1 及びM 2 がNaと定義され、a=1、b=3、c=1、m=2、qが5〜10の範囲内にあり、pが7〜10の範囲内にあるII型の化合物の混合物、を含む群から選択される消毒配合物。 - 前記消毒配合物中の両性界面活性物質の濃度が、0.001質量パーセント〜20質量パーセントの範囲内にある請求項1に記載の消毒配合物。
- 前記消毒配合物中のナノサイズ粒子の濃度が、10−4質量パーセント〜0.5質量パーセントの範囲内にある請求項1に記載の消毒配合物。
- 前記消毒配合物が補足添加剤を含有する請求項1に記載の消毒配合物。
- 補足添加剤が、酸度補正剤、腐食防止剤、及び増粘剤を含む群から選択される請求項4に記載の消毒配合物。
- 前記消毒配合物が水消毒用である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の消毒配合物。
