Claims (9)
- 廃棄物供給ユニットと、
路床に配設された溶融装置と、溶融スラグの回収槽に接続されたスラグ廃棄ユニットと、を有するプラズマシャフト炉と、
前記プラズマシャフト炉並びに熱分解ガス燃焼室に送風する空気供給ユニットと、
排気ガスを急冷する蒸発熱交換器と、
バッグフィルターを有するガス浄化ユニットと、
熱交換器および洗浄集塵器と、
化学物質およびリサイクル産物用のポンプおよびタンクと、
管継手と、を備え、
更に、スラグ廃棄制御モジュール、内部環境制御モジュール、装置状態制御モジュール、および少なくとも一つのガス分析モジュールに電気的に接続された少なくとも一つの制御モジュールを備え、
前記制御モジュールは、前記廃棄物供給ユニット、前記プラズマシャフト炉、前記溶融スラグの回収槽の電気的ハードウェア、および前記プラズマシャフト炉並びに前記燃焼室に送風する前記空気供給ユニットに電気的に接続されており、
前記スラグ廃棄制御モジュールは、前記スラグ廃棄ユニットの電気的ハードウェアに電気的に接続されており、
前記スラグ廃棄制御モジュールは、デジタルビデオレコーダー、廃棄スラグの温度センサー、前記溶融スラグの回収槽内に配設された光学監視センサー、および照明並びに非常用ボタンを有する光警報システムを備え、
前記ガス分析モジュールは、酸素、二酸化炭素、酸化窒素、二酸化窒素、全窒素酸化物、二酸化硫黄および全炭化水素のガス濃度を検出する計測センサーを有し、
前記燃焼室と前記蒸発熱交換器との間のガス煙道内の熱分解ガスの組成監視位置、前記燃焼室と前記蒸発熱交換器との間のガス煙道内の熱分解ガスの監視位置、および当該リサイクル施設の出口の少なくとも一か所に配設され、
前記熱分解ガス燃焼室が前室、プラズマ発生装置および空気供給ユニットを有し、
前記プラズマ発生装置は前記前室の上蓋部に配置されており、
前記ガス浄化ユニットが、更に分離フィルターと、少なくとも一つの微細フィルターとを有し、

前記プラズマシャフト炉は、着脱自在に構成され、80〜170kWtのプラズマ発生装置を少なくとも一つ備え、
前記溶融装置は必要に応じて移動可能になっており、
前記スラグ廃棄ユニットと前記溶融スラグの回収槽との接続部が着脱可能になっている

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性廃棄物リサイクル施設。 - 前記制御モジュールは、データ記憶装置並びにディスプレイの形態でのデータ出力モジュールを有し、
PCとコントローラーとの少なくとも一方を前記制御モジュールとして使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性廃棄物リサイクル施設。 - 前記制御モジュールの入力が、前記スラグ廃棄制御モジュール、前記内部環境制御モジュール、前記装置状態制御モジュールおよび少なくとも一つのガス分析モジュールの出力に電気的に接続されており、
前記制御モジュールの出力が、廃棄物供給ユニット、プラズマシャフト炉、溶融スラグの回収槽、および前記炉並びに前記燃焼室に送風する空気供給ユニットの入力に電気的に接続されている
