Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係るX線CT装置1の構成の一例を示す図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係るX線CT装置1は、架台10と、寝台装置20と、コンソール30とを有する。
上述した第1の実施形態では、制御機能37dが、架台10や寝台装置20を制御することによってX線のパスを変更する場合について説明した。第2の実施形態では、被検体の状態を変化させることにより、X線のパスを変更する場合の例について説明する。具体的には、第2の実施形態に係るX線CT装置1は、金属に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じたX線のパスを設定するために、被検体の体勢を変化させる補助具を有する。
第3の実施形態では、設定されたパスによって本スキャンを実行する場合の例について説明する。例えば、第3の実施形態に係るX線CT装置1は、本スキャンのCT画像とともに、本スキャンがどのような条件で実行されたかを示す表示情報を表示する。具体的には、表示制御機能37cは、導出機能37bによって導出されたX線のパスに関する情報に基づいて収集された投影データに基づくCT画像と、投影データの収集条件とをディスプレイ32に表示させる。
さて、これまで第1〜第3の実施形態について説明したが、上記した第1〜第3の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよいものである。

Claims (21)
- 被検体を透過したX線を検出器で検出し、検出結果に基づいて投影データを収集する収集部と、
前記被検体中のX線高吸収体の位置情報を取得する取得部と、
前記X線高吸収体の位置情報に基づいて、前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じたスキャンの角度を導出する導出部と、
を備える、X線CT装置。 - 前記導出部は、前記金属アーチファクトの低減処理において、前記投影データから再構成される画像データの関心領域内の前記金属アーチファクトを低減するように、前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記X線の透過経路における前記X線高吸収体の数が1つ以下となる前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記X線の透過経路における前記X線高吸収体の数が最小となる前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記X線の透過経路における複数の前記X線高吸収体の間の距離が最大となる前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記被検体中の複数のX線高吸収体のうち、少なくともX線の吸収が最も高いX線高吸収体を前記X線の透過経路から除いた場合の前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記被検体における所定の領域を指定する操作を受け付ける受付部をさらに備え、
前記導出部は、前記受付部によって受け付けられた前記所定の領域を前記X線の透過経路から除いた場合の前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記受付部は、前記被検体から収集された位置決め画像内の金属アーチファクトを示す領域、前記位置決め画像内の前記X線高吸収体を示す領域、又は、歯式で指定される前記被検体の歯領域を、前記所定の領域として受付ける、請求項7に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記歯式は、ジグモンディ式、ADA式及びFDI式を含む、請求項8に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記スキャンの角度に基づいて、前記投影データの収集条件を設定する設定部をさらに備え、
前記収集部は、前記設定部によって設定された収集条件で前記投影データを収集する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記収集条件は、X線源を有する架台の傾斜角度、前記架台の回転角度、前記被検体が横臥する寝台の回転角度のうち、少なくとも1つである、請求項10に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部によって導出された前記スキャンの角度を提示する提示部と、
前記提示部による前記スキャンの角度の提示を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記提示部は、前記被検体表に対して、照射位置を変更可能な光で照射する投光器であり、
前記制御部は、前記スキャンの角度に対応する前記被検体表の位置に前記光を当てるように前記投光器を制御する、請求項12に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記提示部は、前記スキャンの角度を表示する表示部であり、
前記制御部は、前記スキャンの角度として、前記スキャンを示した位置決め画像、前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じた前記スキャンの角度を設定するための前記被検体の体勢を示す画像情報、及び、前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じた前記スキャンの角度に設定して収集された場合のシミュレーション画像のうち、少なくとも1つを前記表示部に表示させる、請求項12に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記被検体の位置決め画像におけるCT値に基づいて、前記被検体中の前記X線高吸収体の位置情報を取得する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部は、前記被検体中において、近接する複数の前記X線高吸収体を単一のX線高吸収体として前記スキャンの角度を導出する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じた前記スキャンの角度を設定するために、前記被検体の体勢を変化させる補助具をさらに備える、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 頭部撮影において前記被検体の歯部に前記X線高吸収体が設置されている場合に、前記スキャンの角度に基づいて、前記X線高吸収体を前記X線の透過経路から除くためのマウスピースを選択する選択部をさらに備える、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記導出部によって導出された前記スキャンの角度に基づいて収集された投影データに基づく医用画像と、前記投影データの収集条件とを表示部に表示させる表示制御部をさらに備える、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じた前記スキャンの角度に基づくスキャン範囲の重なり状態に基づいて、前記スキャン範囲間の間隙を埋めるように前記スキャン範囲を再設定する設定部をさらに備える、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記X線高吸収体に対する金属アーチファクトの低減処理の処理効果に応じた前記スキャンの角度を設定するために変化された前記被検体の体勢に応じて、前記投影データの収集条件を設定する設定部をさらに備える、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
