Description
(a)1.5mm2/秒以下の40℃での動粘度及び810kg/m3以下の密度を有する、2質量%〜30質量%の灯油燃料と、
(b)7.5mm2/秒以上の40℃での動粘度及び790kg/m3以上の密度を有する、2質量%〜20質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油と、
(c)ディーゼル基燃料とを含む、ディーゼル燃料組成物が提供される。
(i)全ディーゼル燃料組成物に基づいて、2質量%〜30質量%の灯油燃料を、全ディーゼル燃料組成物に基づいて、2質量%〜20質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油とブレンドして、灯油系燃料ブレンドを形成するステップであって、灯油燃料が、1.5mm2/秒以下の40℃での動粘度及び810kg/m3以下の密度を有し、フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が、7.5mm2/秒以上の40℃での動粘度及び790kg/m3以上の密度を有する、形成するステップと、
(ii)ステップ(i)において生成された灯油系燃料ブレンドを、ディーゼル基燃料とブレンドして、ディーゼル燃料組成物を生成するステップとを含む、プロセスが更に提供される。

−1.9mm2/秒以上、より好ましくは1.9〜4.5mm2/秒の範囲内の40℃での動粘度、

−360℃以下のT95、
−0℃〜−13℃、より好ましくは−5℃〜−8℃の範囲内の曇り点、
−−8℃〜−30℃、より好ましくは−15℃〜−20℃の範囲内のCFPP、
実施例1
表2から理解できるように、ディーゼルB0の曇り点を低下させるために、20%のGTL灯油が添加される(ブレンド1)。これは、曇り点を−4.6℃から−7.7℃へと低下させる。しかしながら、密度も823.7kg/m3へと低下し、粘度も2.149mm/秒2へと低下した。これらは、820kg/m3の密度及び2mm/秒2の粘度の、EN590仕様の最低要件に近い。曇り点を更に低下させるために、GTL灯油の更なる添加が必要とされる場合、このブレンドの密度及び粘度は更に低下し、最低仕様要件未満となる(30%のGTL灯油を含有するブレンド2を参照されたい)。30%のGTL灯油を添加する代わりに、10%のGTL BO3プラス20%のGTL灯油が添加される場合(ブレンド5)、ブレンド1よりも低い曇り点が得られる(−8.4℃対−7.7℃)が、密度及び粘度は最低仕様要件を超えたままである。
表2から理解できるように、ディーゼルB0の曇り点を低下させるために、20%の灯油が添加される(ブレンド1)。これは、曇り点を−4.6℃から−7.7℃へと低下させる。しかしながら、密度も823.7kg/m3へと低下し、粘度も2.149mm/秒2へと低下した。これらは、820kg/m3の密度及び2mm/秒2の粘度の、仕様の最低要件に近い。20%のGTL灯油を添加する代わりに、13.33%のGTL灯油プラス6.66%のGTL BO3が添加される場合(ブレンド3)、曇り点及びCFPPの類似した低下は依然として得られるが、粘度はより有意に高く、これはディーゼル機関内で動力供給の利益を提供し得る。
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関内での使用に好適なディーゼル燃料組成物であって、
(a)1.5mm2/秒以下の40℃での動粘度及び810kg/m3以下の密度を有する、2質量%〜30質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来灯油と、
(b)7.5mm2/秒以上の40℃での動粘度及び790kg/m3以上の密度を有する、2質量%〜20質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油と、
(c)ディーゼル基燃料と、を含む、前記ディーゼル燃料組成物。 - 1.9mm2/秒以上の40℃での動粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 800kg/m3以上の密度を有する、請求項1または2に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 360℃以下のT95を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 0℃〜−13℃の範囲内の曇り点を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- −8℃〜−30℃の範囲内のCFPPを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 前記ディーゼル燃料組成物が、100ppm以下の中間留分流動性向上剤添加剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 前記ディーゼル燃料組成物が、中間留分流動性向上剤添加剤を含まない、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物。
- ディーゼル燃料組成物を調製するためのプロセスであって、
(i)前記ディーゼル燃料組成物の質量による、2質量%〜30質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来灯油を、前記ディーゼル燃料組成物の質量による、2質量%〜20質量%のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油とブレンドして、灯油系燃料ブレンドを形成するステップであって、前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来灯油が、1.5mm2/秒以下の40℃での動粘度及び810kg/m3以下の密度を有し、前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が、7.5mm2/秒以上の40℃での動粘度及び790kg/m3以上の密度を有する、形成するステップと、
(ii)ステップ(i)において生成された前記灯油系燃料ブレンドを、ディーゼル基燃料とブレンドして、ディーゼル燃料組成物を生成するステップと、を含む、前記プロセス。 - 請求項9に記載のプロセスに従って調製される、ディーゼル燃料組成物。
- 改善された低温流動特性を提供するための、請求項1〜8または10のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物の使用。
- 低下した曇り点及び/または低下した低温フィルタ目詰まり点(CFPP)を提供するための、請求項1〜8または10のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル燃料組成物の使用。
- ディーゼル機関または前記機関のうちの1つ以上によって動力供給される車両を操作する方法であって、前記機関内に、請求項1〜8または10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料組成物を導入するステップを含む、前記方法。
