Description

図35及び図38及び図39から分かるように、一つ以上のX線マーカー254はインプラント100C内、例えば、インプラント100Cの放射線透過性部分内、又は、本願の様々な実施形態の全ての他の放射線透過性部分内に位置決めされる。例えば、X線マーカーは、ポリマー製エンドプレート部分122、122A内に位置決めされ、その伸張された又は収縮された位置が撮像を用いて確実に確認される。図39から分かるように、X線マーカー254A、254Bは、インプラント100Cが完全に伸張された場合にだけ、本実施形態ではX線不透過性のキャリッジ傾斜168、168Aの端部と整列されるよう方向付けられる。伸張の程度を示すためには、一つ以上のX線不透過性のマーカー254が、フレーム152、キャリッジ156、又は、エンドプレート110、112と一緒に移動せず、且つ、X線不透過性であり又はX線不透過性マーカー254と同様に構成されたインプラント100の全ての他の部分に対して位置決めされ得る。

第1のヒンジ部分と、
前記第1及び第2のエンドプレートと結合されるフレームであって、前記フレームと関連して長手軸に対して前記第1及び第2のエンドプレートを互いに対して移動させることが可能な、フレームと、
前記フレームに回転可能に結合されるアクチュエータねじと、

前記フレームと関連して前記第1のエンドプレートと前記第2のエンドプレートとを互いに対して移動させ、
前記フレームは前記第1のエンドプレート、前記第2のエンドプレート、及び、前記キャリッジを取り囲む、インプラント。 - 前記第1及び第2のエンドプレートはPEEKよりなり、前記フレームはチタンよりなる、請求項16記載のインプラント。
