Description
バランスのとれたシステムを得ることができる。従って、動的シールを無くすことにより、US 7,651,069等に記載されるような複雑な圧力補償システムに頼ることなく、バランスのとれたシステムを得ることができる。
Claims (11)
- 往復圧縮機の吐出量を制御するための電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)であって、該アクチュエータは、一端で往復圧縮機の吸気弁(3)と協働し、他端で磁化可能材料からなる可動エレメント(18)と協働するように設計された可動ロッド(12、12’)と、前記可動エレメント(18)を収容する少なくとも一つのチャンバ(17)とを備え、該チャンバ(17)に対向する座(28)内に配置された電磁石の少なくとも一つのコイル(29、29’)が該チャンバ(17)上に突出し、前記コイル(29、29’)と前記チャンバ(17)との間には、非磁性材料製の少なくとも一つの保護エレメント(30、30’、30”)が配置され、該保護エレメント(30、30’、30”)には、静的封止エレメント(31、32)が設けられ、可動エレメント(18)を収容するチャンバ(17)から電磁石のコイル(29、29’)を離間させておくように設計された、アクチュエータにおいて、
非磁性材料製の前記保護エレメント(30”)は、少なくとも二組の静的封止エレメント(31、32)を備え、一組目は保護エレメントに対して内側に配置され、二組目は保護エレメントに対して外側に配置され、ガス回収孔(42、42’)が前記静的封止エレメントの組の間に設けられ、ガス抽気及び洗浄回路に接続するために少なくとも一つの孔(35)がチャンバ(23)に設けられることを特徴とする、電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。 - 非磁性材料製の前記保護エレメント(30、30’、30”)が環状形状である、請求項1に記載の電機機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 前記可動エレメント(18)に対してチャンバ(17)の側に配置された、対向する二つの電磁石コイル(29、29’)を備え、該電磁石の各コイル(29、29’)には、非磁性材料製の関連する保護エレメント(30、30’、30”)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電機機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 非磁性材料製の前記保護エレメント(30、30’)が、少なくとも一つの内側封止エレメント(31)と少なくとも一つの外側封止エレメント(32)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 非磁性材料製の前記保護エレメント(30)が、第一内側リング(130)と、第二外側リング(330)とを備え、該第一リンと該第二リングとはスポーク(230)によって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 前記保護エレメント(30、30’、30”)が、静的封止エレメント(31、32、10、16,27)のみを備える、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 前記ロッド(12)が、機械的手段(37)によって、吸気弁(3)のプッシャー(4)のロッド(7)に接続するように設計されている、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 前記機械的手段(37)が、吸気弁(3)のカバー(303)に着脱可能に接続されたフランジ付本体(39)内部に収容されており、該フランジ付本体(39)に流体密封的に接続された少なくとも一つカバー(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電機機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 可動エレメント(18)の位置を検出するためにセンサ(24)が内部に配置されたチャンバ(23)を備え、該センサ(24)には、非磁性材料製の関連する保護エレメント(26)が設けられ、該保護エレメント(26)には少なくとも一つの封止エレメント(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電機機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- ロッド(12)が内部でスライドする本体(209)を備え、該本体(209)には、ガスを回収するための第一径方向孔(33)と、不活性バリア流体、好ましくは窒素を送るための第二径方向孔(34)とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
- 一端で前記本体(209)と一体的であり、他端でロッド(12)と一体的であるふいご(44)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械式アクチュエータ(9、9’、9”、9”’)。
