Description
(a)リグニンを溶媒中に少なくとも部分的に溶解させることによってリグニン溶液を生成する工程と、
(b)前記リグニン溶液を前記基層上にコーティングする工程と、
(c)前記リグニンでコーティングされた基層に対して、熱処理および酸処理からなる群から選択される処理を行う工程と
を含み、これによって、前記基層上に前記コーティングを形成する方法が提供される。
(a)リグニンを溶媒中に少なくとも部分的に溶解させることによってリグニン溶液を生成する工程と、
(b)前記リグニン溶液を前記基層上にコーティングする工程と、
(c)前記リグニンでコーティングされた基層に対して、熱処理および酸処理からなる群から選択される処理を行う工程と
を含み、これによって、前記基層上に前記コーティングを形成する方法が提供される。
(a)約10%〜約40%のリグニン
(b)約35%〜約80%のアンモニア溶液
(c)約5%〜約30%の糖または糖アルコール
(a)約18%〜約27%のリグニン
(b)約50%〜約67%のアンモニア溶液
(c)約10%〜約25%のグリセロール
(d)約0.1%〜約4%のラテックス
1.375kgの粒状活性炭を装填し、フランジ蓋を密閉する
2.上部通気口を開放しながら熱水(水&蒸気)を一杯になるまで充填する
3.上部通気口を閉じ、排液の気泡がなくなるまで熱水で抜く
4.フランジ蓋を取り除き、炭素の表面まで排水し(常に炭素が水に確実に覆われているようにする)、一晩放置する
カラムは、使用の前に予め加熱する必要がある。
1.2.5トンの水(できれば脱イオン化(DI)または逆浸透(RO)処理されたもの−約pH5.5が必要)を周囲温度でリアクタに加える
2.100kgのアンモニア水(30%のアンモニアの場合)を周囲温度で攪拌しながら加える。真空をオンにし、コンデンサでリアクタに再循環(還流)させる
3.リアクタの加熱を開始し、1トンのリグニンを配合する。発泡を低減するために約10Lのエタノールが必要な場合がある
4.リアクタを閉じ、リグニンが溶解するまで85〜95℃に加熱する(還流条件を継続する)
5.リグニン溶液を活性炭カラムに循環させる
カラムは、炭素ベッドの乱れを最小にしつつ、上部バルブを開放して調製物で満たし、上部空間を満たすことができる。次いで、上部バルブを閉じ、最初の排水(カラムは空)を廃棄しながら流液操作を開始する。リグニン調製物が現れるにつれ(最初は色が変わらないが、カラムの出力が粘性において入口と同様である場合−これは、手袋をして調製物に触れ、親指と人差し指を引き離す際の抵抗を比較することで試験できる−この段階を補助することもできる)、排出を廃棄からリアクタに切り替える。4〜5反応体積(12000L〜15000L)分の調製物をカラムに再循環させる。次いで、上部バルブを開放し、カラム中の残液をリアクタ中へ排出する。
6.望ましい室温粘性に達するまで調製物の体積を部分真空下に低減する
Claims (19)
- 形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングを形成する方法であって、
(a)リグニンをアルカリ性溶液中に少なくとも部分的に溶解させることによってリグニン溶液を生成する工程であって、ここで、前記リグニンは、主活性防水および/または強化剤であり、亜硫酸パルプ化処理由来のリグニンスルホン酸のリグニンではない、工程と、
(b)前記リグニン溶液を前記形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングする工程と、
(c)前記リグニンでコーティングされた基層に対して、熱処理および酸処理からなる群から選択される処理を行う工程と
を含み、前記リグニン溶液のコーティングにおけるpHは、7.0〜9.5であり、これによって、前記形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングを形成する方法。 - 形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングを形成する方法であって、
(a)リグニンをアルカリ性溶液中に少なくとも部分的に溶解させることによってリグニン溶液を生成する工程であって、ここで、前記リグニンは、主活性防水および/または強化剤であり、亜硫酸パルプ化処理由来のリグニンスルホン酸のリグニンではない、工程と、
(b)前記リグニン溶液を前記形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングする工程と、
(c)前記リグニンでコーティングされた基層に対して、酸処理を行う工程と
を含み、前記酸処理は、前記リグニンコーティングをpHが4.0より低い酸に接触させる工程を含み、これによって、前記形成された非金属基層の外面上にコーティングを形成する方法。 - 前記基層は、リグノセルロース基層、リグノセルロース由来基層、セルロース基層およびセルロース由来基層からなる群から選択される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液は、アルカリ性水溶液である、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性水溶液は、アンモニア溶液である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液におけるリグニンの量は、重量%で、10〜40%である、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液は、唯一の非溶媒成分としてリグニンを含む、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液は、糖および/または糖アルコールをさらに含む、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液における前記糖および/または糖アルコールの量は、重量%で、1〜30%である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液は、可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液中に存在する前記可塑剤の量は、重量%で、1%〜5%である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記リグニン溶液は、唯一の非溶媒成分としてリグニン、グリセロールおよび前記可塑剤を含む、請求項10または請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングの重量は、8〜35GSMである、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングにより前記非金属基層の重量が0.1〜20%増加する、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理は、80℃より高い温度に曝露する工程である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全組成物のうちの重量%の量で
(a)35%〜80%のアンモニア溶液と、
(b)主活性防水および/または強化剤として、前記アンモニア溶液に少なくとも部分的に溶解される10%〜40%のリグニンと、
(c)5%〜30%のグリセロールと、
(d)可塑剤と
を含む組成物。 - 前記組成物は、全組成物のうちの重量%の量で
(a)18%〜27%のリグニンと、
(b)50%〜67%のアンモニア溶液と、
(c)10%〜25%のグリセロールと、
(d)0.1%〜4%のラテックスと
を含む、請求項16に記載の組成物。 - 前記組成物のpHは、7.5〜9.5である、請求項17に記載の組成物。
- コーティングを形成された非金属基層の外面上に形成するための請求項16〜18の何れか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
