Description
保持部材26は、断熱材25をケース21の外周面21aに対して保持している。保持部材26は、第1分割パーツ27と第2分割パーツ28とから構成されている。第1分割パーツ27及び第2分割パーツ28は、例えばアルミニウム製である。断熱材25及び保持部材26は、高温の排気ガスが流れることでケース21から放出される熱を遮蔽する。
DPF10では、使用していくにつれてPMのフィルタ22への堆積量が増加していく。フィルタ22のPM堆積許容量には限界があるため、一定量以上のPMが堆積すると、排気ガスの温度を上昇させて、フィルタ22に堆積したPMを燃焼除去するPM再生が行われる。
(1)ヒートインシュレータ24に取手部29が設けられているため、作業者が取手部29を把持して、DPF10を上流側排気管13及び下流側排気管14に対して離間する方向へ移動させることにより、DPF10を上流側排気管13及び下流側排気管14に対して容易に離脱させることができる。そして、ヒートインシュレータ24がDPF10のケース21の外周面21a全周を覆っているため、取手部29がケース21の外周面21aに設けられていることで取手部29が邪魔になって、ケース21の外周面21a全周をヒートインシュレータ24によって覆うことができなくなるといったことが無い。よって、DPF10から周囲への熱の放射をヒートインシュレータ24によって抑えることができる。
○ 実施形態において、両第1フランジ27bの一方のみに貫通孔27cが形成されるとともに、両第2フランジ28bの一方のみに貫通孔28cが形成されていてもよい。この場合、第1分割パーツ27及び第2分割パーツ28は、貫通孔27cが形成された第1フランジ27bと貫通孔28cが形成された第2フランジ28bとが重なるとともに、両貫通孔27c,28cが連通した状態で配置される。そして、貫通孔27cが形成された第1フランジ27bと貫通孔28cが形成された第2フランジ28bとによって、取手部29が構成される。したがって、ヒートインシュレータ24は、取手部29が一つだけ設けられている構成であってもよい。
○ 実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置は、フォークリフト以外の産業車両に搭載されていてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気通路を構成する上流側排気管と下流側排気管との間に、該上流側排気管及び下流側排気管に対して離脱可能に連結されたフィルタユニットを備える排気ガス浄化装置であって、
前記フィルタユニットは、前記排気通路を流れる排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するフィルタと、
前記フィルタを内部に格納するケースと、
前記ケースの外周面全周を覆うヒートインシュレータと、を備え、
前記ヒートインシュレータは、
前記ケースの外周面を覆う断熱材と、
前記断熱材を覆うように設けられ、前記断熱材を前記ケースに対して保持する保持部材と、を含み、
前記保持部材は、前記断熱材の外周面に沿って前記断熱材の周方向に延びることにより前記ケースに直接接触しない状態で前記ケースの外周面を覆う被覆部と、前記被覆部から前記断熱材の径方向外側に突出するフランジ部とを有し、
前記フランジ部には取手部が設けられていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記保持部材は、
前記被覆部と、前記被覆部における周方向の両端部から前記断熱材の径方向外側にそれぞれ突出する一対のフランジ部とをそれぞれ有した第1分割パーツ及び第2分割パーツが接合されてなり、
前記取手部は、前記フランジ部に設けられている請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記取手部は、前記フランジ部に形成された貫通孔からなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
