Claims (10)
- 電気−機械エネルギ変換素子を有する振動体と、
前記振動体と接触する接触体と、
加圧力を前記振動体に作用させる押圧部材と、
前記振動体と前記押圧部材との間に配置される振動絶縁部材と、を備え、
前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子に交流電圧が印加されることで前記振動体に励起される第1の振動モードの振動と第2の振動モードの振動によって前記振動体と前記接触体とが相対的に移動する振動型アクチュエータであって、
前記押圧部材からの加圧力によって前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子に作用する面圧が、前記第1の振動モードの節線の一部とその近傍を含む第1の領域と、前記第1の振動モードの節線と前記第2の振動モードの節線の交点から前記第2の振動モードの節線に沿って延在する部位とその近傍を含む第2の領域の両領域で、他の領域よりも高いことを特徴とする振動型アクチュエータ。 - 前記第1の領域は、前記第2の振動モードの振動の腹部の一部を含み、前記第2の領域は、前記第1の振動モードの振動の腹部の一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動絶縁部材は、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域で前記振動体と接触する形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記押圧部材において前記振動絶縁部材と接触する面は、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域に対応する領域が他の領域よりも突出していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動体は、前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子に接合されたフレキシブル基板を備え、
前記フレキシブル基板は、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域に対応する領域が他の領域よりも肉厚に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。 - 前記フレキシブル基板において前記肉厚に形成されている領域は、前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子に設けられた電極と電気的に接続される電極端子部を避けて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動体は、前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子に接合された弾性体を備え、
前記弾性体において前記電気−機械エネルギ変換素子が接合された部分はそれぞれ、平板状で略矩形の形状を有し、
前記振動体は、前記振動体と前記接触体との相対的な移動方向に所定の間隔で前記弾性体に配置され、前記接触体と加圧接触する2つの突起部を有し、
前記第1の振動モードは、前記振動体の長手方向に直交する節線を有する2次の屈曲振動であり、前記第2の振動モードは、前記振動体の短手方向に直交する節線を有する1次の屈曲振動であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。 - 前記振動絶縁部材にかかる面圧は、前記振動絶縁部材が加圧されたときに弾性を失う面圧よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 前記振動絶縁部材は、フェルト、合成皮革、モルトプレーン、ゴムのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の振動型アクチュエータと、
前記振動型アクチュエータに移動される部材と、を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
