Claims (6)
- 第1筐体と第2筐体を互いに開閉可能に連結する3軸ヒンジであって、
前記3軸ヒンジは、
第1筐体側の第1取付板に取り付けられる第1ブラケットに所定間隔を空けて設けた一対の軸支部に回転を拘束されて取り付けられた第1ヒンジシャフトと、
第2筐体側の第2取付板に取り付けられる第2ブラケットに所定間隔を空けて設けた一対の軸支部に回転を拘束されて取り付けられた第2ヒンジシャフトと、
前記第1ヒンジシャフトと前記第2ヒンジシャフトの間に位置し、それぞれ一端部側を前記第1ヒンジシャフトに取り付けた第1連結部材と前記第2ヒンジシャフトに取り付けた第2連結部材の各他端部側に回転可能に連結された第3ヒンジシャフトと、を有し、
前記第1ブラケットの前記各軸支部と前記第2ブラケットの前記各軸支部にそれぞれ駆動ギアを設けると共に、前記第1ブラケット側の駆動ギアと噛み合うギア部を有し前記第2ヒンジシャフトと前記第3ヒンジシャフトを回転可能に挿通させた旋回ギアと、前記第2ブラケット側の駆動ギアと噛み合うギア部を有し前記第1ヒンジシャフトと前記第3ヒンジシャフトを回転可能に挿通させた旋回ギアとで構成した同期回転機構を備え、
もって、前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体のいずれか一方の開閉操作を前記同期回転機構を介していずれか他方へ伝達すると共に、前記第3ヒンジシャフトがその軸方向と直交する前後方向へ移動するように成したことを特徴とする、3軸ヒンジ。 - 前記同期回転機構は、前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体を所定開成角度で停止させるストッパー手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3軸ヒンジ。
- 前記第1ヒンジシャフトと前記第2ヒンジシャフトは、それぞれフリクション機構を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3軸ヒンジ。
- 前記第1ヒンジシャフトと前記第2ヒンジシャフトは、それぞれ吸込み機構を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3軸ヒンジ。
- 前記第1ヒンジシャフトと前記第3ヒンジシャフトの各軸端部は、さらに当該第1ヒンジシャフトと当該第3ヒンジシャフトを回転可能に連結する第1軸端連結部材が設けられると共に、前記第2ヒンジシャフトと前記第3ヒンジシャフトの各軸端部は、さらに当該第2ヒンジシャフトと当該第3ヒンジシャフトを回転可能に連結する第2軸端連結部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の3軸ヒンジ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の3軸ヒンジを第1筐体と第2筐体の間に用いたことを特徴とする、電子機器。
