Claims (9)
- それぞれセル本体と前記セル本体から第1方向に延びる電極端子とを有し、かつ前記第1方向に対して直交する第2方向に並置される複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの前記第1方向側に設けられかつ前記各電池セルの前記電極端子を固定的に連結する連結部材と、
前記複数の電池セルおよび前記連結部材が収容される収容部と、
前記収容部内に設けられかつ前記連結部材の前記第1方向の動きを規制する第1規制部と、
前記収容部内に設けられかつ前記複数の電池セルの前記第1方向の動きを規制する第2規制部とを備え、
前記連結部材は、板状に形成され、
前記第1規制部は、前記収容部の内周面に形成されかつ前記連結部材の縁部が嵌まる第1凹部を有し、
前記第2規制部は、前記収容部内において前記連結部材と前記セル本体との間に設けられるストッパを有し、
前記ストッパは、前記セル本体の前記第1方向側端部に接触することによって前記セル本体の前記第1方向の動きを規制する、電池モジュール。 - 前記ストッパは、前記収容部の内周面に設けられる凸部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ストッパは、前記連結部材と前記セル本体とに接触する絶縁性のスペーサを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ストッパは、前記各電池セルの前記電極端子毎の案内部を有しかつ前記スペーサを有する板状のインシュレータを含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2規制部は、前記収容部の内周面に形成されかつ前記スペーサの縁部が嵌まる第2凹部をさらに有する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記各電池セルは、板状に形成されかつ前記第2方向に積層される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極端子は、板状に形成される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記セル本体の表面に設けられる伝熱部材をさらに含み、
前記ストッパは、前記セル本体の前記第1方向側端部で前記伝熱部材と接触することによって前記セル本体の前記第1方向の動きを規制する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記収容部と前記電池セルとの間に設けられる緩衝部材をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
