Description
上述の実施形態の変形例の場合、多孔質処理エレメント5の機械的な安定性が、焼結によって繊維10を相互接続することで強化される。この方法では、繊維10が交差する点で、固定された接続部が繊維間に構成される。この場合の焼結は、例えば、高温にするだけで、及び、任意に、これに加えて繊維10を圧縮することによって、接続部が構成される純粋な熱プロセスによって行うことができる。しかしながら、このような純粋な熱プロセスの代替として、例えば、更に繊維に結着剤/焼結添加剤をつける化学プロセスによって焼結プロセスを促進することも可能である。
Claims (5)
- 多孔質燃料処理エレメント(5)を有する蒸発式バーナ(1)を有する暖房装置であって、
前記多孔質燃料処理エレメント(5)は、繊維(10)から形成された平面状の布構造体である少なくとも一つの層(8)を有し、前記平面状の布構造体は、フェルト又は不織布であり、前記平面状の布構造体の前記繊維(10)は、バサルト繊維を含み、5μmから35μmの範囲の直径分布を有し、
前記多孔質燃料処理エレメント(5)は、金属繊維又は金属線を含む少なくとも一つの更なる層を有する、
暖房装置。 - 前記繊維(10)は、少なくとも150μmの長さ、好ましくは少なくとも200μmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記多孔質燃料処理エレメント(5)は、バサルト・ウールの少なくとも一つの層(8、9)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記繊維(10)はガラス型非晶質構造を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの層(8)の前記繊維(10)は焼結によって相互接続される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の暖房装置。
