Claims (7)
- 複数の缶内部噴霧装置を作動させる方法であって、当該缶内部噴霧装置の各々がサーボモータ、およびサーボモータに連結されたモータ速度制御装置を使用し、当該モータ速度制御装置が回生ブレーキシステムを内蔵し、当該方法が、いくつかの缶内部噴霧装置の加速段階と他の缶内部噴霧装置の減速段階との重なりを達成するためにサーボモータを同期する工程、および減速段階における缶内部噴霧装置の回生ブレーキシステムから加速段階における缶内部噴霧装置へと電力を供給する工程、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 缶内部噴霧装置の各々がインデックス機構を含み、当該インデックス機構がサーボモータを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- サーボモータを同期する工程が、缶内部噴霧装置の加速段階と減速段階との間の最適な重なりを達成し、それによって、減速する缶内部噴霧装置から加速する缶内部噴霧装置への実質的に最大のエネルギーの移動を達成するためにサーボモータを同期する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 複数の缶内部噴霧装置を作動させるように構成された制御装置であって、当該缶内部噴霧装置の各々がサーボモータ、およびサーボモータに連結されたモータ速度制御装置を使用し、当該モータ速度制御装置が回生ブレーキシステムを内蔵し、電力が缶内部噴霧装置の間で再分配され、当該制御装置が、いくつかの缶内部噴霧装置の加速段階と他の缶内部噴霧装置の減速段階との重なりを達成するためにサーボモータを同期するように構成されていることを特徴とする、制御装置。
- 缶内部噴霧装置の各々がインデックス機構を含み、当該インデックス機構がサーボモータを含む、請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 制御装置が、中央制御装置または缶内部噴霧装置にわたって分布された制御装置のどちらかである、請求項4または5に記載の制御装置。
- 請求項4から6のいずれか1つに記載の制御装置、および複数の缶内部噴霧装置を含むシステムであって、当該缶内部噴霧装置の各々がサーボモータ、およびサーボモータに連結されたモータ速度制御装置を含み、当該モータ速度制御装置が回生ブレーキシステムを内蔵し、制御装置が缶内部噴霧装置を作動させるように構成されている、システム。
