Claims (1)
- 一対の筐体間に挟着される金属ガスケットであって、前記筐体の内部空間をシールするとともに外部異物が前記筐体および当該ガスケット間の隙間に侵入するのを抑制する金属ガスケットにおいて、
平面状のストレート部を有し、
前記ストレート部の外周縁部に、斜め外方へ向け設けられ一方の前記筐体に接触する曲げビード部を一体に設け、
前記曲げビード部によって、前記筐体の内部空間をシールする内向きシールと、外部異物が前記筐体および当該ガスケット間の隙間に侵入するのを抑制する外向きシールとを兼用し、
前記曲げビード部は当該金属ガスケットにおける唯一のビードとされるとともに前記ストレート部および前記曲げビード部間の屈曲点は当該金属ガスケットにおける唯一の屈曲点とされ、
前記曲げビード部は、そのビード幅を0.5〜1.3mmの範囲内、その立ち上がり高さを0.25〜0.7mmの範囲に設定され、
前記ストレート部、前記屈曲点および前記曲げビード部の表面にゴム層が被着されていることを特徴とする金属ガスケット。
