Claims (2)
- 作動流体として、少なくともネオンを含むガスを使用する冷凍装置に用いられる回転機械であって、
アキシャルディスクを備えた回転軸と、
前記回転軸を支持するアキシャル磁気軸受と、
前記回転軸を回転させるモータと、
前記回転軸の一方の端部側に取り付けられたタービン羽根と、
前記回転軸の他方の端部側に取り付けられたコンプレッサ羽根と、
前記モータを冷却する冷却ガスが通過する冷却ガス流路と、
少なくとも、前記モータ、前記アキシャル磁気軸受、及び前記アキシャルディスクを収容するハウジングと、を備え、
前記モータは、前記回転軸に設けられたロータ部と、前記ロータ部に対向するステータ部と、を備え、
前記アキシャルディスクは、前記アキシャル磁気軸受に挟まれた一対の支持受け面を備え、
前記冷却ガス流路は、前記ロータ部と前記ステータ部との間である第1流路と、少なくとも一方の前記支持受け面に沿った第2流路と、を備え、
前記アキシャル磁気軸受よりも前記タービン羽根側に配置されたタッチダウン軸受と、前記ハウジングに設けられた前記冷却ガス流路の入口と、前記冷却ガス流路の入口に接続された導管と、前記導管に設けられた制御弁と、を更に備え、
前記冷却ガス流路の入口は、前記タッチダウン軸受と前記タービン羽根との間に設けられている、回転機械。 - 作動流体として、少なくともネオンを含むガスを使用する冷凍装置に用いられる回転機械であって、
アキシャルディスクを備えた回転軸と、
前記回転軸を支持するアキシャル磁気軸受と、
前記回転軸を回転させるモータと、
前記回転軸の一方の端部側に取り付けられたタービン羽根と、
前記回転軸の他方の端部側に取り付けられたコンプレッサ羽根と、
前記モータを冷却する冷却ガスが通過する冷却ガス流路と、
少なくとも、前記モータ、前記アキシャル磁気軸受、及び前記アキシャルディスクを収容するハウジングと、を備え、
前記モータは、前記回転軸に設けられたロータ部と、前記ロータ部に対向するステータ部と、を備え、
前記アキシャルディスクは、前記アキシャル磁気軸受に挟まれた一対の支持受け面を備え、
前記冷却ガス流路は、前記ロータ部と前記ステータ部との間である第1流路と、少なくとも一方の前記支持受け面に沿った第2流路と、を備え、
前記アキシャル磁気軸受よりも前記タービン羽根側に配置されたタッチダウン軸受を備え、
前記タッチダウン軸受は、前記回転軸側の内輪と、転動体を介して前記内輪に対向する外輪とを備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記タッチダウン軸受の前記内輪と前記外輪との間の隙間を塞ぐ邪魔板を備えることを特徴とする、回転機械。
