Claims (9)
- 加圧濾過機が加圧濾過機フレームと、前記加圧濾過機フレームに設けられる回転ドラムとを備えており、前記加圧濾過機が前記回転ドラムの濾過チャンバーに高圧でスラリーを供給する際に、円筒状の外殻で形成される加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置であって、
前記加圧濾過機フレームの内壁に、更にバッフル板が設けられ、前記バッフル板にスルーホールが2個以上設けられ、前記バッフル板と前記加圧濾過機フレームの前記内壁との間に隙間が形成され、前記加圧濾過機フレームの前記内壁と前記バッフル板との間の前記隙間に支持柱が2個以上設けられ、前記加圧濾過機フレームの内壁とバッフル板とが前記支持柱によって固着され、
前記加圧濾過機フレームは、支持板及び筒体を更に備え、前記筒体に供給口及び吐出し口が設けられ、前記筒体の外壁が前記支持板によって覆われ、前記支持板と前記筒体の前記外壁とが溶接されている、加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。 - 前記バッフル板は、前記筒体の内壁に設けられ、且つ前記供給口を有する供給ゾーン内に設けられる、請求項1に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記筒体の外周方向に沿って一定の間隔を置いて複数のフランジホルダが設けられ、前記バッフル板は、前記供給ゾーン内の前記フランジホルダの間の間隔区域に設けられる、請求項2に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記筒体の両端に端部フランジが設けられ、前記筒体と前記支持板とは、前記端部フランジを介して溶接されている、請求項3に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記支持柱は、前記筒体の内壁と前記バッフル板との間に溶接される、請求項1に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記筒体の両端を、充填材を充填することで密封する、請求項2に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記供給ゾーンにおける前記バッフル板の位置によって、前記バッフル板の長さ又は幅、及びスルーホールの数と形状が異なる、請求項2に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 前記バッフル板の形状は、柵状、格子状、長板状のうち任意の1種又は2種以上の組合せである、請求項7に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の加圧濾過機フレームの圧力変動を抑える装置を備える、加圧濾過機。
