Claims (8)
- 筐体構成およびマイクロ電子圧力センサチップを有する移植可能圧力センサ装置であって、前記筐体構成が外壁および内部体積を有する装置において、
前記筐体構成は少なくとも2つの圧力伝達膜を有し、前記圧力伝達膜は各々表面を有しているが、1つの平面に複数の表面は配列されておらず、
前記マイクロ電子圧力センサチップは、前記内部体積に配列されている支持モジュールに支持固定されており、
貫通部が、前記支持モジュールが前記外壁から切り離されるように、前記支持モジュールの長手方向側に沿って延びており、
前記貫通部の2つの末端間にある接続点が、前記支持モジュールと筺体構成との間の材料接続を構成していることを特徴とする、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記圧力伝達膜は少なくとも2つの外壁の一部を形成することを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記2つの異なる外壁は互いに反対側にあることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記筐体構成の少なくとも1つの外壁は、可逆的に変形可能な領域を有していることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記貫通部は、スロット、ギャップ、または切込みとして形成されていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記筐体構成は少なくとも部分的に直方体、円筒、球または楕円体として形成されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記筺体の内部体積は圧力伝達媒体で充填できることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記筺体構成の外壁は、前記筺体構成の内部体積に通じる少なくとも1つの開口を有していることを特徴とする、装置。
