Description
−パンチを備える細管を物質に浸す又は挿入し、細管の物質チャンバにおいて物質を取り上げる
−パンチと一緒に細管をスリーブ内に配置し、
−スリーブの端部を、その開放端でパンチと接続し、
又は
−スリーブの端部を、その開放端で細管と接続し、細管の端部を、スリーブの外側に位置する端部でパンチと接続する。
−スリーブが所定位置にある間、細管における力の軸方向の衝撃によってスリーブの底部を分離し、
−細管におけるパンチの軸方向の移動によって、物質チャンバに含まれる物質を排出し、
又は
−パンチにおける力の軸方向の衝撃によって、スリーブの底部を分離し、
−細管におけるパンチの軸方向の移動によって、物質チャンバに含まれる物質を排出し、
又は
−容器を打ち、スリーブの底部を分離し、
−細管におけるパンチの軸方向の移動によって、物質チャンバに含まれる物質を排出する。
Claims (21)
- 物質を取り上げ分配する容器であって、
細管(10)と、調整可能にスライドできるよう細管(10)に配置され、シールを形成するパンチ(20)と、細管(10)が収容され、一方側で閉止されるスリーブ(30)と、を備え、
パンチ(20)は、細管(10)の一端から突出し、パンチ(20)は、細管(10)を完全には満たさず、物質チャンバ(11)は、細管(10)の他端の領域にあり、その端部は、スリーブ(30)内に位置し、
チャンバは、パンチ(20)を調整することによって調整可能な受容体積を有しており、
パンチ(20)及び細管(10)は、受容体積が調整され、物質が取り上げられた後、パンチ(20)が突出する細管(10)の一端で、細管(10)の端部(12)に沿って互いに接続される、容器。
- 細管(10)は、スリーブ(30)から突出し、
細管(10)及びスリーブ(30)は、その開放端で、スリーブ(30)の端部(32)に沿って互いに接続される、請求項1記載の容器。
- パンチ(20)は、スリーブ(30)から突出し、
パンチ(20)は、スリーブ(30)に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- パンチ(20)及び細管(10)及び/又は細管(10)及びスリーブ(30)及び/又はパンチ(20)及びスリーブ(30)の互いの接続は、それぞれ溶接により達成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- 細管(10)は円筒形状であり、0.05から5mmの範囲の内径(DR)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- 細管(10)の内径(D R )は、0.1から2mmの範囲である、請求項5記載の容器。
- 細管(10)の内径(D R )は、0.1から1mmの範囲である、請求項6記載の容器。
- 細管(10)は、0.03から0.2mmの範囲の壁厚(WR)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- スリーブ(30)は、0.03から0.2mmの範囲の壁厚(WH)を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- パンチ(20)は、少なくとも一方側で閉止されるロッド又はチューブとして構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- スリーブ(30)は、細管(10)又はパンチ(20)への軸方向の力の適用によって、細管(10)又はパンチ(20)によって壊して開けられるように構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- スリーブ(30)は、分離されることができる底部(31)を有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- 細管(10)、パンチ(20)及びスリーブ(30)は、ガラスでできている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の容器を充填する方法であって、
−パンチ(20)を備える細管(10)を物質(S)に浸す又は挿入し、細管(10)の物質チャンバ(11)に物質を取り上げ、
−パンチ(20)と一緒に、細管(10)をスリーブ(30)内に配置し、そしてまた、
−スリーブ(30)の端部(32)を、その開放端で、パンチ(20)と接続し、
又は
−スリーブ(30)の端部(32)を、その開放端で、細管(10)と接続し、細管(10)の端部(12)を、スリーブ(30)の外側に位置する端部でパンチ(20)と接続する、

- スリーブ(30)と細管(10)又はパンチ(20)の間の接続及び/又は細管(10)とパンチ(20)との間の接続は、溶接によって行われる、請求項14記載の方法。
- 測定ステップは、細管(10)が取り上げられた物質(S)に浸された又は挿入された後に行われ、そのステップの間、物質チャンバ(11)に残った物質量が所望の目標量に対応するまで、物質はパンチ(20)によって細管(10)から排出される、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 測定ステップは、スケール(50)によるモニタリングで行われる、請求項16記載の方法。
- 所望の目標量に達しない場合、物質チャンバ(11)は空にされ、物質はもう一度取り上げられる、請求項17記載の方法。
- 物質チャンバ(11)の受容体積は、パンチ(20)によって調整される、請求項18記載の方法。
- 物質容器は、不活性ガス雰囲気で密閉された状態でシールされる、請求項14〜19のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の容器を空にする方法であって、
−スリーブ(30)が所定位置にある間、細管(10)における軸方向の力の作用によって、スリーブ(30)の底部(31)を分離し、
−細管(10)におけるパンチ(20)の軸方向の移動によって、物質チャンバ(11)に含まれる物質を排出し、
又は
−パンチ(20)における軸方向の力の作用によって、スリーブ(30)の底部(31)を分離し、
−細管(10)におけるパンチ(20)の軸方向の移動によって、物質チャンバ(11)に含まれる物質を排出する、
ステップを特徴とする方法。
