Description

Claims (15)
- 発光光学系(16、16a)を有する発光器(14)と、受光光学系(16、16b)を有する受光器(26)とを備え、前記発光器(14)の発射光(18)の放射角(αS)が前記受光器(26)上に入射する受信光(24)の受光角(αE)よりも小さく、前記発光器(14)と前記受光器(26)が同軸に配置され、前記発光光学系(16,16a)と前記受光光学系(16、16b)が共通の光学系(16)として構成されている、光電センサ(10)用の送受光モジュール(12)において、
前記発光器(14)と前記受光器(16)が少なくとも間接的にマイクロメカニカルに相互に結合されていること、及び
前記共通の光学系(16)が発光域(16a)と受光域(16b)を有する複領域レンズとして構成されており、前記受光域(16b)が円錐成分を有すること
を特徴とする送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光器(14)が前記複領域レンズの焦点に配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光域(16a)が中心に配置され、前記受光域(16b)が発光域を囲むように配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光域(16a)が前記受光域(16b)よりも短い焦点距離を有していること
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記円錐成分により生じる円形の光線プロファイルが前記発光器(14)に対応する大きさの中心領域(32)を有していること
を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光器(14)と前記受光器(26)の相互の間隔が最大でも300μmであること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記受光器(26)が開口(28)を備え、該開口の中又は後ろに前記発光器(14)が配置され、特に該開口(28)の大きさが最大でも300μmであること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光器(14)が前記開口(28)の後ろに配置され、前記発射光(18)を前記開口(28)内へ導く導光素子(29a〜c)を前記発光器(14)と前記受光器(26)の間に配置することで、前記開口が事実上の光源となっていること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記導光素子が光ファイバ素子(29a〜b)を備えていること又は前記光源の像を前記開口の中又は前に生成するもの(29c)であること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光器(14)が前記受光器(26)上に配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記共通の光学系(16)に視野絞り(34)が割り当てられており、特に、前記共通の光学系(16)が前記視野絞り(34)の絞り開口の大きさまでしか前記受信光(24)を収束しないように構成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記共通の光学系(16)が、発光路に対する受光路の傾きを補うために光線偏向特性を備えていること
を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 前記発光器(14)と前記共通の光学系(16)の間に発光鏡胴(38)が配置されていること、及び/又は、前記発光器(14)の前に、該発光器(14)へ向かう方向に入射する受信光(24a)を前記受光器(26)の方へ偏向させる光学素子(40)が配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の送受光モジュール(12)。 - 監視領域(20)内の物体(22)を検出するための光電センサ(10)、特に光検知器又はレーザスキャナであって、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの送受光モジュール(12)と、前記受光器(26)の受光信号から光伝播時間を求めるとともに該光伝播時間から前記監視領域(20)内の被検出物体(22)までの距離を特定するように構成された評価ユニット(30)とを備えることを特徴とする光電センサ。
- 監視領域(20)内の物体(22)を検出する方法であって、発光器(14)が発光光学系(16、16a)を通じて前記監視領域(20)内へ発射光を送出し、受光器(26)が前記監視領域(20)内で反射された前記発射光(18)とともに受信光(24)を受光光学系(16、16b)を通じて受光し、前記受信光(18)の放射角(αS)が前記受信光(24)の受光角(αE)よりも小さく、前記発光器(14)と前記受光器(26)が同軸に配置されており、前記発光光学系(16、16a)と前記受光光学系(16、16b)が共通の光学系(16)として構成されている方法において、
前記受光器(14)と前記発光器(26)が少なくとも間接的にマイクロメカニカルに相互に結合されていることにより、前記受信光(24)の少なくとも一部が、前記発射光(18)が放射される箇所から最大でも500μmの近傍で受光されること、及び
前記共通の光学系(16)が発光域(16a)と受光域(16b)を有する複領域レンズとして構成されており、前記受光域(16b)が円錐成分を有すること
を特徴とする方法。
