Description
前記上流側に面する隅部、下流側に面する角部および下流側に面する隅部のすべてを湾曲状に形成してもよい。
特に、前記伝熱促進リブの前記上流側に面する隅部の曲率半径を、前記下流側に面する隅部の曲率半径と同一とし、かつ、隣接する伝熱促進リブ間の距離と同一とした場合には、隣接する伝熱促進リブ間の距離に相当する加工直径を有する切削加工具によって、所定のW字形状の軌道に沿って1回切削することにより、1つのW字形状溝を形成することができるので、極めて少ない工程数で伝熱促進リブを形成できる。

Claims (6)
- ガスタービンエンジンの構成部材を、当該ガスタービンエンジンの作動ガスを冷却媒体として利用して冷却するための構造であって、
前記構成部材の一部から形成された、前記冷却媒体が流れる冷却媒体流路に面した流路壁と、
前記流路壁の壁面に突設された複数のW字形状の伝熱促進リブであって、各伝熱促進リブの隣接する角壁部が前記冷却媒体の流れ方向における上流側と下流側とに交互に突出するように配置されている複数の伝熱促進リブと、
を備え、
前記伝熱促進リブの上流側に面する角部が角状に形成されており、
前記伝熱促進リブの、上流側に面する隅部、下流側に面する角部および下流側に面する隅部の少なくともいずれかが湾曲状に形成されている、
ガスタービンエンジンの冷却構造。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却構造において、
前記複数の伝熱促進リブが、各伝熱促進リブの上流側に突出する前記角壁部および下流側に突出する前記角壁部が、それぞれ前記冷却媒体流路の横断方向に対して同一位置となるように配列されており、
前記伝熱促進リブの上流側に面する隅部および下流側に面する隅部が湾曲状に形成されており、
前記伝熱促進リブの下流側に面する角部が角状に形成されており、
前記上流側に面する隅部の曲率半径が、前記下流側に面する隅部の曲率半径と同一であり、かつ、隣接する伝熱促進リブ間の距離と同一である、
ガスタービンエンジンの冷却構造。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却構造において、上流側に面する隅部、下流側に面する角部および下流側に面する隅部が湾曲状に形成されている、
ガスタービンエンジンの冷却構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却構造において、前記構成部材が、内方に燃焼器の燃焼室を形成する筒状の燃焼器ライナであり、前記冷却媒体流路が、前記燃焼器ライナと、燃焼器のケーシングとの間に形成された作動ガスの供給路であるガスタービンエンジンの冷却構造。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却構造における前記複数の伝熱促進リブを形成する方法であって、
前記構成部材の前記流路壁の壁面を、円柱状の回転体の外周面に設けられた刃体によって切削する切削加工具によって、所定のW字形状の軌道に沿って1回または複数回切削することにより、1つのW字形状溝を形成することを含む、
伝熱促進リブの形成方法。 - 請求項2に記載の冷却構造における前記複数の伝熱促進リブを形成する方法であって、
前記構成部材の前記流路壁の壁面を、前記隣接する伝熱促進リブ間の距離に相当する加工直径を有する、円柱状の回転体の外周面に設けられた刃体によって切削する切削加工具によって、所定のW字形状の軌道に沿って1回切削することにより、1つのW字形状溝を形成することを含む、
伝熱促進リブの形成方法。
