Claims (13)
- 回転装置であって、
固定端部、回転端部を有する回転部、及びエンコーダを備え、
前記回転端部は前記固定端部に接続され、前記エンコーダは、コードディスクセットと、少なくとも1つのベアリングと、ベアリングハウジングと、メインハウジングと、センサと、弾性組立体とを備え、
前記コードディスクセットは、前記回転端部上に配置され、
前記少なくとも1つのベアリングは、前記回転端部の周囲に配置され、且つベアリング内側表面及びベアリング外側表面を有し、前記ベアリング内側表面は前記回転端部に接続され、
前記ベアリングハウジングは、前記ベアリングの周囲に配置され、且つ前記ベアリング外側表面に接続され、前記ベアリングハウジングの回転軸方向の異なる面に位置する第1端部及び第2端部を有し、
前記メインハウジングは、前記ベアリングハウジングの前記第1端部に接続され、
前記センサは、前記メインハウジング上に配置され、且つ前記コードディスクセットに対応し、前記コードディスクセットとの間に間隔を有しており、
前記弾性組立体は、前記ベアリングハウジングの前記第2端部、及び前記回転装置の前記固定端部に接続されており、本体部及び少なくとも1つの屈曲部を有するスプリングと減衰部とを備え、
前記本体部は、前記回転端部が貫通する孔を有し、
各前記屈曲部は、前記本体部から伸び、前記固定端部に固定されており、
前記スプリングは2つの接続部をさらに備え、
前記接続部は、前記本体部から伸び、且つ前記減衰部に接続されており、
前記メインハウジングは、前記間隔が一定に維持されるように、前記ベアリングハウジングの前記第1端部に強固に接続されている、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記弾性組立体は、前記回転端部に沿った、前記固定端部に対する前記ベアリングハウジングの軸方向の変位を可能とする一方、前記固定端部と同軸の、前記ベアリングハウジングの前記回転端部に対する回転運動を制限し、前記ベアリングは、前記回転端部に沿った、前記回転端部に対する前記ベアリングハウジングの軸方向の変位を制限する一方、前記回転端部と同軸の、前記ベアリングハウジングの前記回転端部に対する回転運動を可能とし、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記スプリングは2つの屈曲部を有し、前記屈曲部は、前記孔を有する面において穴を中心に延伸する異なる方向に位置する、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記減衰部は開口部及び押出部を有し、前記押出部は前記開口部の外縁から伸び、前記スプリングの前記接続部は、前記減衰部の前記押出部に固定され、前記押出部は前記ベアリングハウジングの前記第2端部に接続され、前記回転端部は前記孔及び前記開口部を貫通する、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記スプリングは金属のスプリングであり、前記減衰部はゴムの減衰部である、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記回転端部は第1本体、第2本体、及び第3本体を備え、前記第1本体は前記コードディスクセットを貫通し、前記第2本体は前記ベアリングを貫通し、前記第3本体は前記弾性組立体を貫通し、前記第2本体は前記第1本体及び前記第3本体に接続されている、
回転装置。 - 請求項6に記載の回転装置であって、
第1本体の直径は第2本体の直径よりも小さく、第2本体の直径は第3本体の直径よりも小さい、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
前記ベアリングの数は2つであり、前記2つのベアリングは、直列に接続され、且つ前記ベアリングハウジング上に配置されている、回転装置。
- 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
エンコーダカバーをさらに備え、前記エンコーダカバーは前記固定端部に接続され、前記エンコーダは前記エンコーダカバー内に収容されている、
回転装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転装置であって、
ベースと、
前記固定端部及び前記ベースに接続されているケーシングと、
前記ケーシング上に配置され、且つ前記回転部の周囲に配置されているステータ部とを、さらに備え、
前記回転部は前記ベースを貫通する、
回転装置。 - 請求項10に記載の回転装置であって、
第1キャリアベアリング及び第2キャリアベアリングをさらに備え、前記第1キャリアベアリングは、前記固定端部上に配置され、且つ前記回転端部の周囲に配置され、前記第2キャリアベアリングは、前記ベース上に配置され、且つ前記回転部の周囲に配置されている、
回転装置。 - 請求項11に記載の回転装置であって、
前記回転端部は、第1本体、第2本体、第3本体、及び第4本体を備え、前記第1本体は前記コードディスクセットを貫通し、前記第2本体は前記ベアリングを貫通し、前記第3本体は前記弾性組立体を貫通し、前記第4本体は前記第1キャリアベアリングを貫通し、前記第2本体は前記第1本体及び前記第3本体に接続されており、前記第3本体は前記第4本体に接続されている、
回転装置。 - 請求項12に記載の回転装置であって、
前記第1本体の直径は前記第2本体の直径よりも小さく、前記第2本体の直径は前記第3本体の直径よりも小さく、前記第3本体の直径は前記第4本体の直径よりも小さい、
