Claims (4)
- 白色で発光する白画素と、
互いに異なる複数の有彩色でそれぞれ発光する複数の有彩色画素と、
前記白画素と前記複数の有彩色画素とに設けられている第1反射層と、
前記白画素と前記複数の有彩色画素とに設けられ、前記第1反射層と向き合っている第2反射層と、
前記白画素と前記複数の有彩色画素とにおいて、前記第1反射層と前記第2反射層との間に設けられ、発光層を含む有機層と、
前記白画素と前記複数の有彩色画素とにおいて、前記有機層と前記第2反射層との間に設けられる透明導電層と、
前記白画素のみにおいて、前記透明導電層と前記第2反射層との間に設けられた光路長調整層と、を有し、
前記第2反射層は半透明反射層であり、
前記発光層からの光は前記第2反射層を透過して取り出され、
第1の色で発光する前記有彩色画素と、第2の色で発光する前記有彩色画素とでは、前記第1反射層と前記第2反射層との間の距離が異なり、
前記白画素における前記第1反射層と前記第2反射層との間の距離は、前記複数の有彩色画素における前記第1反射層と前記第2反射層との間の距離の最大よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記光路長調整層は樹脂で形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載される表示装置。 - 前記光路長調整層の厚さは2μm以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載される表示装置。 - 前記第1反射層と前記有機層との間に設けられた第2透明導電層をさらに有し、
前記第2透明導電層の下面と、前記第1反射層の上面とが接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載される表示装置。
