Description
Claims (5)
- 3次元物体を製造するシステムであって、
体積を取り囲む少なくとも1つの壁と、前記3次元物体を支持する前記少なくとも1つの壁の上部表面に配置され、マイクロ波放射線を遮るように寸法決めされる複数の開口部を有するスクリーンと、を有するプラテンと、
前記プラテンを移動させるように構成された搬送部と、
第1の材料の供給源に流体的に接続された第1のエジェクタヘッドと、
第2の材料の供給源に流体的に接続された第2のエジェクタヘッドと、
各ナノ粒子の径が20nm以下であり、強磁性材料、または炭化ケイ素、または黒鉛から形成されるナノ粒子を含む前記第2の材料の供給源に流体的に接続された第3のエジェクタヘッドと、
前記プラテン上の前記3次元物体を照射するように構成されたマイクロ波放射器と、
前記マイクロ波放射器が位置決めされるハウジングであって、第1の開口及び第2の開口を有するハウジングと、
前記搬送部、前記第1のエジェクタヘッド、前記第2のエジェクタヘッド、前記第3のエジェクタヘッド及び前記マイクロ波放射器に動作可能に接続された少なくとも1つのコントローラと
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記プラテン上に前記3次元物体を形成するために前記プラテンに向けて前記第1の材料の液滴を吐出するように前記第1のエジェクタヘッドを動作させ、前記第2の材料単独で前記プラテン上に前記3次元物体についての支持部の一部を形成するために前記プラテンに向けて前記第2の材料の液滴を吐出するように前記第2のエジェクタヘッドを動作させ、前記プラテン上に前記3次元物体についての前記支持部の他の一部を形成するために前記ナノ粒子を含む前記第2の材料の液滴を吐出するように前記第3のエジェクタヘッドを動作させ、前記ハウジングの前記第1の開口を介してその位置を前記マイクロ波放射器と対向する位置まで、前記3次元物体及び形成された前記支持部の一部を支持する前記プラテンを移動させるために前記搬送部を動作させ、前記第2の材料単独で形成された前記支持部の一部が固体から液体へと相変化し始める前に、前記ナノ粒子を含んで形成された前記支持部の他の一部が固体から液体へと相変化し始めるのを可能とするように、マイクロ波エネルギによって前記3次元物体並びに前記3次元物体についての形成された前記支持部の一部及び形成された前記支持部の他の一部を照射するように前記マイクロ波放射器を動作させ、溶融した支持材料は前記スクリーンの前記開口部を通過し、前記3次元物体と接触する前記スクリーンの側面とは反対の前記スクリーンの側面で固化するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記プラテン上において前記3次元物体の外部領域に前記第2の材料単独で前記支持部の一部を形成するように前記第2のエジェクタヘッドを動作させ、前記プラテン上において前記3次元物体の内部領域に前記ナノ粒子を含む前記第2の材料によって前記支持部の他の一部を形成するように前記第3のエジェクタヘッドを動作させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 溶融し、形成された前記支持部の他の一部が前記スクリーンの前記開口部を通過するように前記スクリーンに動作可能に接続されたポンプをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記マイクロ波放射器の動作後、所定期間経過することに応じて、前記ハウジングの前記第2の開口を通って前記ハウジングから出るように前記プラテンを移動させるために前記搬送部を動作させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジング内の前記3次元物体の温度を示す信号を生成するように構成された非接触温度センサをさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、前記非接触温度センサに動作可能に接続され、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラが、所定温度に達する前記非接触温度センサにより生成される前記信号に応じて、前記ハウジングの前記第2の開口を通って前記ハウジングを出るように前記プラテンを移動させるために前記搬送部を動作させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
