Description
Claims (6)
- ツール容器を製造する方法であって、該ツール容器は、
回転的に駆動される駆動スピンドルに連結する第1の端部と、第1の端部と反対側の第2の端部を有するベース本体(12)と、
該ベース本体を通って延びる中心孔と、
ツールをクランプするクランプチャック(18)と、
ベース本体(12)とクランプチャック(18)との間に位置して、弾性材料から作られる減衰要素(42)を備え、該クランプチャック(18)は減衰要素(42)によってのみベース本体(12)と接続され、
ベース本体(12)に設けられた第1の中心化トラス(16)とクランプチャック(18)に設けられた第2の中心化トラス(20)と、
クランプチャック(18)に設けられ、ベース本体(12)の第1の端部に面する内側端部から、第1の中心化トラス(16)と第2の中心化トラス(20)の間の外側ギャップに延びる環状ギャップ(22)と、ベース本体(12)の中心孔とを規定する保持セクション(23)とを更に備え、
減衰要素(42)は環状ギャップ(22)内と外側ギャップに延びるように構成され、
該ツール容器を製造する方法は、
型(50)内で第1の中心化トラス(16)と第2の中心化トラス(20)を互いに正確に中心に位置決めする工程と、
減衰要素(42)の成形時及び加硫処理時に、減衰要素(42)を取り囲む型(50)内でベース本体(12)とクランプチャック(18)を互いに正確に中心に位置決めする工程を含む、ツール容器を製造する方法。 - 前記減衰要素(42)は、ポリウレタン又はゴムから作られた、請求項1に記載のツール容器を製造する方法。
- 前記減衰要素(42)は、ベース本体(12)とクランプチャック(18)に確実に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載のツール容器を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも前記ベース本体(12)又はクランプチャック(18)には、ねじ部(66)が設けられ、該ねじ部はクランプナット(64)によってクランプチャック(18)をベース本体(12)に対して付勢する、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のツール容器を製造する方法。
- ねじ部(78)はクランプネジ(80)と協働し、弾性ディスク(82)が前記クランプネジ(80)とねじ部(78)との間に配備され、該弾性ディスクの硬さは選択可能である、請求項4に記載のツール容器を製造する方法。
- 前記クランプチャック(18)は熱的に収縮嵌合するチャックとして構成される、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載のツール容器を製造する方法。
