Claims (6)
- 対をなす信号線が絶縁体で被覆され、前記絶縁体がシールド部材で被覆され、前記シールド部材が絶縁部材で被覆されたケーブルと、前記ケーブルの端部に設けられたコネクタと、を備える通信ケーブルであって、
前記通信ケーブルが接続される通信装置に設けられているスロットに挿抜されるケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、前記ケーブルの端部が接続される基板と、
前記ケーブルの端部と前記基板との接続部分をモールドする樹脂部と、を有し、
前記信号線と前記基板とが半田接合された第1接合部と、
前記シールド部材と前記基板とが半田接合された第2接合部と、を有し、
前記第1接合部および前記第2接合部が前記樹脂部によってモールドされ、
前記樹脂部は、少なくとも前記信号線をモールドする第1モールド部と、少なくとも前記シールド部材をモールドする第2モールド部と、を有し、
前記第1モールド部は、前記第2モールド部よりも厚みが薄い薄肉部を含むと共に、幅方向に沿って所定ピッチで複数の隙間が設けられ、
前記対をなす信号線の一部が前記隙間において露出している、
通信ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の通信ケーブルにおいて、
前記ケーブルは、それぞれが前記信号線,前記絶縁体,前記シールド部材および前記絶縁部材を有する複数本のコアケーブルが1本に纏められた多芯ケーブルである、
通信ケーブル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の通信ケーブルにおいて、
前記樹脂部は、前記基板よりも誘電率が低い樹脂材料によって形成されている、
通信ケーブル。 - 請求項3に記載の通信ケーブルにおいて、
前記樹脂材料の誘電率が2.5以下である、
通信ケーブル。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルにおいて、
前記樹脂部は、引張せん断接着強度が4.8Mpa以上の樹脂材料によって形成されている、
通信ケーブル。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の通信ケーブルにおいて、
前記樹脂部は、ポリアミド,プリプロピレン又はエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂によって形成されている、
通信ケーブル。
