Description
Claims (13)
- 1.5mm未満の平均壁厚を有する、壁厚が薄いプラスチック小部材の製造方法において、前記プラスチック小部材を、ASTM D4603に従った測定法により測定して0.4dl/g〜0.7dl/gの粘度を有するポリエチレンフラノエート(PEF)からプラスチック射出成形法で製造し、前記PEFはプラスチック射出成形に際して、100ppm未満の含水量を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。
- プラスチック射出成形法のために、バイオベースPEFを10〜100w/w%含有するPEFを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- プラスチック射出成形法のために、再生原料を100%まで含有するPEFを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の製造方法。
- PEFが0%超〜30%の発泡度を示すまで、物理的または化学的に発泡させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- PEFを100℃超200℃未満の乾燥温度で乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- PEFを、乾燥プロセスの間に撹拌することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の製造方法。
- PEFの乾燥プロセスを、マイクロ波照射の形でのエネルギーの供給によって補助することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の製造方法。
- PEFの乾燥を真空下で、または不活性雰囲気で行うことを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- PEFに、5w/w%を超えない成核剤の割合を添加混合することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- PEFに、10w/w%を超えないコポリマーの割合を添加混合することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 単層で形成されたPEFからなり、1.5mm未満の平均壁厚を有する壁厚が薄い射出成形プラスチック小部材において、封止部として、包装の一部として、または完全包装として形成されていることを特徴とする、前記射出成形プラスチック小部材。
- 1mmより小さい平均壁厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項11記載の壁厚が薄い射出成形プラスチック小部材。
- 射出成形プラスチック小部材が、少なくとも一部において、50%以下の結晶化度を有することを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の壁厚が薄い射出成形プラスチック小部材。
