前記パッケージは、可撓性を有しており、
前記パッケージは、少なくとも前記開口部の縁に接触しており、前記開口部において、前記光学機能部から離間した状態で前記光学機能部側に撓んでおり、
前記パッケージにおいては、前記支持体において前記開口部の前記縁を囲む領域に沿った部分と、前記開口部において撓んでいる部分と、が連続している、表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。 - 前記支持体は、
第1開口縁と、
前記第1開口縁に対して前記光学機能部の反対側に位置しており、且つ前記光学機能部が前記開口部に対向する方向から見た場合に前記第1開口縁の外側に位置している第2開口縁と、を有し、
前記開口部の前記縁は、前記第1開口縁であり、
前記パッケージは、前記第1開口縁及び前記第2開口縁に接触している、請求項1記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。 - 前記支持体は、
第1開口縁と、
前記第1開口縁に対して前記光学機能部の反対側に位置しており、且つ前記光学機能部が前記開口部に対向する方向から見た場合に前記第1開口縁の外側に位置している第2開口縁と、を有し、
前記開口部の前記縁は、前記第2開口縁であり、
前記パッケージは、前記第1開口縁から離間しており、前記第2開口縁に接触している、請求項1記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。 - 前記支持体は、長尺体であり、
前記キャビティは、前記支持体の長手方向において前記支持体の中央に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。 - 前記支持体は、長尺体であり、
前記キャビティは、前記支持体の長手方向において前記支持体の中央から一方の側に片寄った位置に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。 - 前記開口部の前記縁は、同一平面上に位置している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。
- 前記支持体において前記開口部の前記縁を囲む領域は、平坦面である、請求項6記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。
- 前記パッケージは、前記パッケージ内の水分を吸収する吸湿層を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。
- 前記光学機能部は、表面増強ラマン散乱素子に設けられており、
前記表面増強ラマン散乱素子は、前記光学機能部が前記開口部に対向するように前記キャビティ内に配置されており、
前記開口部の前記縁は、前記光学機能部が前記開口部に対向する方向から見た場合に、表面増強ラマン散乱素子の外縁の内側に位置している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の表面増強ラマン散乱ユニット。
