Claims (8)
- フィルム状又はシート状であって柔軟性を有する基材と、当該基材に設けられた1又は2以上の電極部及び/又は配線部を備える生体電極であって、
前記基材には、当該基材とは別体で形成された電子回路基板が設けられており、
前記基材に設けられた少なくとも何れかの電極部及び/又は配線部と、当該電子回路基板に設けられた回路とは、異方性導電ペースト材料によって電気的に接続されると共に、当該電子回路基板は、リジッド回路基板からなり、接着剤や両面テープなどの接着部材を用いて前記柔軟性を有する基材に接合されていることを特徴とする、電子回路基板を備えた生体電極。
- 前記基材に設けられた少なくとも何れかの電極部及び/又は配線部、並びに前記電子回路基板に設けられた回路部の少なくとも何れかにはスルーホールが設けられており、当該スルーホールが前記異方性導電ペースト材料に接続している、請求項1に記載の電子回路基板を備えた生体電極。
- 前記配線部の先端側には、生体からの電気信号を取得する電極部が設けられており、
前記電子回路基板に設けられた回路には、当該電極部が取得した生体からの電気信号が入力される、請求項1又は2に記載の電子回路基板を備えた生体電極。
- 前記電子回路基板には、集積回路、センサー、及び増幅器の少なくとも何れかが設けられている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電子回路基板を備えた生体電極。
- 前記センサーは、サーミスタやpHセンサーなどの生体と接触するもセンサーであり、且つ、基材において、前記配線部の先端側に設けられた生体からの電気信号を取得する前記電極部と同じ側の面に設けられる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の生体電極。
- 前記基材に設けられた電極部及び/又は配線部は、生体からの電気信号、身体部位に低周波治療を行う電気信号、又はイオントフォレーシス処理を行うための電気信号を送信又は受信する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電子回路基板を備えた生体電極。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の生体電極と、
当該生体電極からの電気信号を取得するか、又は当該生体電極に対して電気信号を出力する生体信号送/受信装置とからなる、生体信号送/受信システム。
- フィルム状又はシート状であって柔軟性を有する基材に、導電性材料を塗布して電極部及び/又は配線部を形成する、導電性材料塗布工程と、
塗布して形成された少なくとも何れかの電極部及び/又は配線部に、異方性導電ペースト材料又は異方性導電フィルム材料を積層配置すると共に、当該異方性導電ペースト材料に、前記基材とは別体で形成された電子回路基板を積層配置する、積層配置工程と、
前記電極部及び/又は配線部、異方性導電ペースト材料又は異方性導電フィルム材料、並びに電子回路基板とを加熱圧着することによって電気的に接続する加熱圧着工程とからなる、電子回路基板を備えた生体電極の製造方法。
