Claims (10)
- 流動媒体の少なくとも1つの特性を検出するセンサ装置(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの特性を検出する少なくとも1つの第1のセンサ要素(12)であって、前記第1のセンサ要素(12)は少なくとも1つの第1の膜(26)を有する、前記少なくとも1つの第1のセンサ要素(12)と、
少なくとも1つの第1の収容部(30)を有する少なくとも1つのハウジング(14)であって、前記第1のセンサ要素(12)は少なくとも部分的に前記第1の収容部(30)に収容される、前記少なくとも1つのハウジング(14)と、
少なくとも1つの第1のシール要素(16)であって、前記第1のシール要素(16)は前記第1のセンサ要素(12)と前記ハウジング(14)との間に配置され前記ハウジング(14)に対して前記第1のセンサ要素(12)をシールするよう構成される、前記少なくとも1つの第1のシール要素(16)と、
予負荷要素(18)であって、前記予負荷要素(18)は前記第1のシール要素(16)に向かって前記第1のセンサ要素(12)に予負荷を加えるよう構成される、前記予負荷要素(18)と、
を備える、前記センサ装置(10)において、
前記第1のセンサ要素(12)と前記予負荷要素(18)とは、材料結合式に互いに結合されており、
前記第1のシール要素(16)は、前記第1のセンサ要素(12)の、前記第1の膜(26)が設けられた面以外の面について、各面の全部を覆うことを特徴とする、センサ装置(10)。 - 前記第1のセンサ要素(12)と前記予負荷要素(18)とは、接着剤(38)により互いに結合されている、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第1のセンサ要素(12)と前記予負荷要素(18)とは、接着剤(38)により面的に互いに結合され、又は、前記予負荷要素(18)は、接着剤(38)が充填された第1の溝(36)を有する、請求項2に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第1のセンサ要素(12)は、少なくとも1つの第1のボンディング用ワイヤ(40)により電気的に接触させられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(14)は、第2の収容部(70)を有し、前記センサ装置(10)は、少なくとも1つの特性を検出する少なくとも1つの第2のセンサ要素(44)及び第2のシール要素(72)をさらに備え、前記第2のセンサ要素(44)は、少なくとも1つの第2の膜(52)を有し、前記第2のセンサ要素(44)は、少なくとも部分的に第2の収容部(70)に収容され、前記第2のシール要素(72)は、前記第2のセンサ要素(44)と前記ハウジング(14)との間に配置され、かつ前記ハウジング(14)に対して前記第2のセンサ要素(44)をシールするよう構成され、前記第2のセンサ要素(44)と前記予負荷要素(18)とは、材料結合式に互いに結合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第2のセンサ要素(44)と前記予負荷要素(18)とは、接着剤(38)によって面的に互いに結合され、又は、前記予負荷要素(18)は、接着剤(38)が充填された第2の溝(56)を有する、請求項5に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第1のセンサ要素(12)と前記第2のセンサ要素(44)とは、熱伝導的に互いに接続されている、請求項5〜6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記予負荷要素(18)は、前記第1の膜(26)により第1の基準容量室(62)を包み込み、前記第2の膜(52)により第2の基準容量室(64)を包み込むように形成される、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第1の基準容量室(62)と前記第2の基準容量室(64)とは、互いに接続されている、請求項8に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記第2のセンサ要素(44)は、少なくとも1つの第2のボンディング用ワイヤ(78)により電気的に接触させられる、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
