Description
The present invention relates to soap.
A skin cleansing agent is widely used for washing off stains and the like adhering to the skin, and a skin cleansing agent in various states such as a liquid state, a gel state, and a solid state is commercially available. In general, it is preferable that the skin cleansing agent not only have high detergency but also have a small adverse effect on the skin and do not remove too much water and oil from the skin.
Soap has been used as a skin cleansing agent that has been used for a long time, and it is known that the soap is likely to dry the skin after washing. Excessive dryness of the skin causes rough skin and damages the skin, which is not preferable in terms of skin protection. Therefore, it is necessary to impart a moisturizing property to the soap in order to prevent it from drying, and it is known to add a moisturizing component as one method for that purpose. In the field of cosmetics, artificial or natural moisturizing ingredients are used, and honey is known as one of the natural moisturizing ingredients.
However, the present inventor has attempted to blend honey into soap, and has found that merely blending honey causes browning of the soap during production. Such browning is not preferable because it may reduce the commercial value of soap.
In view of the above problems, after intensive studies, the present inventor, when producing a soap containing honey, by adding either a carbon dioxide-containing liquid or carbon dioxide, browning during production is suppressed. It has been found that the suppression of browning can be achieved not only in honey but also in all soaps containing saccharides derived from sources other than honey.
Furthermore, the present inventor not only causes no obvious browning at the time of production, but also exhibits an excellent moisturizing effect/oil retaining effect when the sugar is mixed with sugar and either a carbon dioxide-containing liquid or carbon dioxide. It was also found that soap can be obtained.

Using the solid soaps of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, an appearance test and a face wash test were conducted by the methods described in Test Examples 1 and 2 below.
Test Example 1 (Appearance test)
The appearance of the obtained solid soap immediately after the production was visually observed. When the color tone was cream, it was good (◯), when the degree of brown was slight, it was normal (Δ), and when the degree of brown was obvious, it was poor (x).
Test Example 2 (face wash test)
The obtained solid soap was used to wash the face, and the water content and the oil content of the skin before and after the face washing were measured with a Skin Detector (SG-9D, manufactured by Cnaier) (the number of subjects of each solid soap: 2 to 9).
As a face-washing method, a foaming net (manufactured by Again Inc.) was used to foam solid soap with water at room temperature, the face was washed with the foam for 5 minutes, and then the foam was washed away with water at room temperature.
From the water content and oil content measured for each subject, the rate of increase in these values after washing the face as compared to before washing was calculated by the following formula. The average value of the rate of increase obtained from the subjects was calculated for each bar.
Rate of increase in water content (or oil content) (%)=((A−B)/B)×100
A: Moisture content (or oil content) after washing the face
B: Water content (or oil content) before washing the face
From the results of Test Example 1, it can be seen that the solid soap of Example 1 did not cause any obvious browning during production.
Further, the results of Test Example 2 show that the solid soap of Example 1 exhibited superior moisturizing and oil retaining effects as compared with the solid soaps of Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
Therefore, the bar soap of Example 1 does not cause any obvious browning during production and exhibits sufficient moisturizing and oil retaining effects.
[Examples 2 to 6, Comparative Example 4]
The solid soaps of Examples 2 to 6 and Comparative Example 4 were produced using the formulations shown in Table 3 in the same manner as in the production method described in Example 1.
That is, raw materials other than olive oil were mixed and heated to about 45°C. Olive oil heated to about 45° C. was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred and mixed at about 45° C. for about 2 hours. Then, the molten mixture was transferred to a mold and allowed to stand at room temperature for about 3 days. The solidified product was taken out of the mold, cut into a size of 70 mm×40 mm×15 mm, and then dried at room temperature for at least about 4 weeks to obtain a solid soap.

Using the solid soaps of Examples 2 to 6 and Comparative Example 4, the appearance test and the face washing test were performed by the same method as described in Test Examples 1 and 2. The results are shown in Table 4.
From the results of Test Example 1, it can be seen that the solid soaps of Examples 2 to 6 do not cause obvious browning during production.
Further, from the results of Test Example 2, in the solid soaps of Examples 2 to 6 (the amount of saccharides relative to the total amount of soap: 0.5 to 1.1%), the solid soap of Comparative Example 4 (saccharides relative to the total amount of soaps was It was found that the excellent moisturizing effect and oil retaining effect were exhibited as compared with the compounding amount of: 0.3%).
Therefore, the solid soaps of Examples 2 to 6 do not cause obvious browning during production and exhibit excellent moisturizing and oil retaining effects.
Considering the results of Example 1 shown in Table 2, it is considered that the preferable blending amount of the saccharide with respect to the total amount of soap is 0.4 to 5% by mass.
Further, comparing the results of Test Example 2 with carbonated drink 1: Kirin-free (beer drink containing no alcohol) (Example 2) and carbonated drink 5: Tris Highball (Highball) (Example 6), It can be seen that when the beer beverages containing the alcoholic beverages 2 to 4 of Examples 3 to 5 were used, the rate of increase in water content and the rate of increase in oil content were high, and the moisturizing effect and oil retaining effect were further improved. Therefore, it is considered preferable to use a beer drink containing alcohol as the carbonated drink to be used.
