Claims (3)
- 炭化炉ケースと、炭化炉ケース内に収納された炭化室と、炭化炉ケース内側面と炭化室の炭化処理対象物出入口側を除いた外周五側面との間に形成した熱流路層と、熱流路層に形成したジグザグ状の熱流路と、熱流路に熱風供給路を介して連通した燃焼室と、炭化室と燃焼室との間に連通介設した乾留ガス移送管とより炭化処理装置本体を構成し、
しかも、炭化室は底面に支持突起を突設して炭化炉ケース底部に敷設したレール上に載置すると共に、炭化室の支持突起はレールに穿設した突起支持孔に一定のクリアランスを保持して遊嵌し、熱膨張による構成部材の伸縮から生じる炭化室の変形変位を突起支持孔のクリアランスで吸収すべく構成し、
しかも、車載用のトレーラのシャーシに炭化装置本体の各部材や構造セクションの重量負荷を可及的に軽減できるような重量配分を行うように構成したことを特徴とする車載式炭化処理装置。 - 炭化室内に収納する炭化処理対象物の収納機構は、上方開放の方形状の箱型に構成すると共に側面は金網で形成し、しかも、外底部の四隅には互いに積層した場合に下方の収納機構との間にリフト爪が挿入できるだけの間隙が形成されるように脚部を突設し、炭化室内において収納機構に収納した炭化処理対象物に可及的均一迅速にかつ万遍なく輻射熱が照射されるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載式炭化処理装置。
- トレーラのシャーシの後半部を前半部をよりやや下方位置に形成し、後半部のシャーシには二個の炭化装置本体を前後に配設すると共にその間に燃焼室を介設し、前半部のシャーシには操作及び作動関係の付属関連部材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載式炭化処理装置。
