Description
本発明は、耐熱性ポリマー被覆オーブンボードを製造する方法、並びに、当該方法によって得られるオーブンボードに関する。更に、本発明は、オーブン中での加熱に耐える、酸素不透過性食品パッケージ(包装)及び食品トレーに関する。
食品包装(パッケージ)材料は、製品の十分な保存を実現するために蒸気及びガス不浸透性(不透過性)であることを要求する。更に、当該パッケージの特性は、製品をレンジ又は電子レンジ(マイクロウェーブオーブン)中で加熱できることを含むことがある。これらの要求を満たすために、食品パッケージ用に使用されるボードは、異なる層がボード及び完成したパッケージ中で異なる機能を提供するように、1つ又はいくつかのポリマー層で少なくとも片面から普通被覆される。約250℃というその高い融解温度のため、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)がオーブンボードの被覆用の好ましいポリマー材料であった。
本発明によれば、上記課題は、以下の新規な方法によって解決される:
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はその誘導体を含む耐熱性フィルムを、押出積層によって繊維状のボードベースに接着し、そこでは、ポリアミド(PA)を含む接着剤層を、当該耐熱性フィルムとボードベースとの間に押出す、ポリマー被覆オーブン使用可能なボードを製造する方法。
本発明は、以下のように、添付の図面を参照して、例を用いて例証される。
図1は、ボードベース、ポリアミド(PA)の内部被覆層及びポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)の外側被覆層を含む、オーブン使用可能な被覆包装ボード1を製造するための本発明によるプロセス(方法)を示す。当該プロセスは、押出積層の1つであり、そこでは、溶融PAの層3が、ボードベース(board base)2とあらかじめ作られた固体のPETフィルム4との間に押出されて、それらの間に結合を形成する。当該フィルム4は、単層又は多層フィルムでもよく、そして、ボード製品1への取込み前に延伸され配向してもよい。
本発明に関連して、以下の内容を更に開示する。
[1]
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はその誘導体を含む耐熱性フィルムを、押出積層によってボードベースに接着し、そこでは、ポリアミド(PA)を含む接着剤層を、当該耐熱性フィルムとボードベースとの間に押出すことを特徴とする、ポリマー被覆オーブンボードを製造する方法。

製品の表面層を形成しそして押出された接着剤層に接着した耐熱性フィルム及びボードベースに接着した押出された接着剤層から、被覆が成ることを特徴とする、[1]の方法。
[3]
ボードベースが、その両面上に同様に被覆されることを特徴とする、[1]又は[2]の方法。
[4]
接着剤層が高バリヤーポリアミド(HBPA)を含むことを特徴とする、[1]〜[3]のいずれかの方法。
[5]
接着剤層の重量が、3〜15g/m 2 、好ましくは5〜10g/m 2 であることを特徴とする、[1]〜[4]のいずれかの方法。
[6]
耐熱性フィルムがPET及び/又はPETGを含むことを特徴とする、[1]〜[5]のいずれかの方法。
[7]
耐熱性フィルムが、PET及びPETGの複数の共押出層を含むことを特徴とする、[6]の方法。
[8]
耐熱性フィルムが、押出積層工程で押出された接着剤PA層に接着する最も内側のPA層を含むことを特徴とする、[6]又は[7]の方法。
[9]
接着剤層(7)に対して耐熱性フィルムの重量が10〜30g/m 2 、好ましくは10〜20g/m 2 であることを特徴とする、[1]〜[8]のいずれかの方法。
[10]
押出積層工程の前に耐熱性フィルムを延伸することを特徴とする、[1]〜[9]のいずれかの方法。
[11]
被覆が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はその誘導体を含む外側耐熱性単層又は多層フィルム(4)及びボードベース(2)に直接に接着するポリアミド(PA)を含む押出された内層(3)を含み、前記フィルム(4)がPA内層(3)に直接に接着しており、PA内層の重量が3〜15g/m 2 であり、そして、外側耐熱性フィルムの重量が10〜30g/m 2 であることを特徴とする、[1]〜[10]のいずれかの方法によって得られるポリマー被覆オーブンボード(1)。
[12]
耐熱性フィルム(4)が、延伸され配向したフィルムを含むことを特徴とする、[11]のオーブンボード。
[13]
重ね合わせたポリマー層がトレーの内面上に位置するように[11]又は[12]に記載のオーブンボードを含むことを特徴とする、オーブン中で加熱可能な食品トレー。
[14]
重ね合わせたポリマー層がパッケージ中のボードベースの少なくとも内側に位置するように[11]又は[12]に記載のオーブンボードを含むことを特徴とする、オーブン中で加熱可能な酸素不透過性食品パッケージ。
Claims (12)
- 10〜30g/m2の重量を有しポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びグリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)を含むあらかじめ作られた固体の耐熱性フィルムを、押出積層によってボードベースに接着し、そこでは、ポリアミド(PA)を含む接着剤層を、当該耐熱性フィルムとボードベースとの間に押出すことを特徴とする、ポリマー被覆オーブンボードを製造する方法。
- 製品の表面層を形成しそして押出された接着剤層に接着した耐熱性フィルム及びボードベースに接着した押出された接着剤層から、被覆が成ることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。
- ボードベースが、その両面上に同様に被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2の方法。
- 接着剤層が高バリヤーポリアミド(HBPA)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかの方法。
- 接着剤層の重量が、3〜15g/m2、好ましくは5〜10g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかの方法。
- 耐熱性フィルムが、押出積層工程で押出された接着剤PA層に接着する最も内側のPA層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかの方法。
- 接着剤層(7)に対して耐熱性フィルムの重量が10〜20g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかの方法。
- 押出積層工程の前に耐熱性フィルムを延伸することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかの方法。
- 被覆が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びグリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)を含む外側耐熱性単層又は多層フィルム(4)及びボードベース(2)に直接に接着するポリアミド(PA)を含む押出された内層(3)を含み、前記フィルム(4)がPA内層(3)に直接に接着しており、PA内層の重量が3〜15g/m2であり、そして、外側耐熱性フィルムの重量が10〜30g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかの方法。
- 耐熱性フィルム(4)が、延伸され配向したフィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかの方法。
- 重ね合わせたポリマー層がトレーの内面上に位置するように請求項1〜10のいずれかの方法によって製造されたオーブンボードを含むことを特徴とする、オーブン中で加熱可能な食品トレーを製造する方法。
- 重ね合わせたポリマー層がパッケージ中のボードベースの少なくとも内側に位置するように請求項1〜10のいずれかの方法によって製造されたオーブンボードを含むことを特徴とする、オーブン中で加熱可能な酸素不透過性食品パッケージを製造する方法。
