Claims (17)
- タービンエンジン(28)を支持する第1の移動式ユニットと連結するように構成された第1及び第2の整列ガイドと、発電機(30)を支持する第2の移動式ユニットと連結するように構成された第1及び第2の結合ガイドと、を含む複数の整列ガイドを含むシステムであって、
前記第1及び第2の整列ガイドは、前記タービンエンジン(28)を前記発電機(30)と整列させるのに役立つために前記第1及び第2の移動式ユニット間の連結を案内するように構成され、
前記第1の移動式ユニット上に配設された前記タービンエンジン(28)と、前記第2の移動式ユニット上に配設された前記発電機(30)と、を含み、前記第1及び第2の移動式ユニットは、取り外し可能に互いに連結され、
前記第1の移動式ユニットは、第1のトレーラを含み、前記第2の移動式ユニットは、第2のトレーラを含む、システム。 - 前記第1の移動式ユニットと前記第2の移動式ユニットとの間の前記連結を整列させるのに役立つように構成された整列システム(14)を含み、前記整列システム(14)は、光ビーム(101)をターゲット(48)に照射するように構成されたレーザ(46)と、前記ターゲット(48)の映像をキャプチャするように構成されたカメラと、を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記ターゲット(48)の前記映像を受け取るように構成された制御システム(53)を含み、前記映像は、前記第1の移動式ユニットと前記第2の移動式ユニットとの間の前記連結の整列状態を含む、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の移動式ユニット間の結合の手順中に前記結合ガイドを監視するように構成されたカメラを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の整列ガイドは、1つ又は複数の雄雌ガイド対を含み、前記1つ又は複数の雄雌ガイド対の各対は、雌整列ガイドと嵌合するように構成された雄整列ガイドを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記雄整列ガイドは、ピン(24)を含み、前記雌整列ガイドは、開口を含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記ピン(24)は、先細部分を含む、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記ピン(24)は、円筒状の基部部分と前記先細部分とを含む、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の整列ガイドは、第1の雄整列ガイド又は第1の雌整列ガイドを有する第1の結合板を有し、前記第2の整列ガイドは、第2の雄整列ガイド又は第2の雌整列ガイドを有する第2の結合板を有する、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記タービンエンジン(28)と前記発電機(30)との間の前記連結の整列をシミュレートするように構成された、前記タービンエンジン(28)及び前記発電機(30)の回転軸基準を有する整列フレームを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- タービンエンジン(28)を支持する第1の移動式ユニットと、
発電機(30)を支持する第2の移動式ユニットと、
前記第1の移動式ユニットと連結された第1の整列ガイドと、前記第2の移動式ユニットと連結された第2の整列ガイドと、を含む結合ガイドであって、前記第1及び第2の整列ガイドが、前記タービンエンジン(28)を前記発電機(30)と整列させるのに役立つために前記第1及び第2の移動式ユニット間の連結を案内するように構成される、結合ガイドと、
前記第1の移動式ユニットと前記第2の移動式ユニットとの間の前記連結を整列させるのに役立つように構成され、光ビーム(101)をターゲット(48)に照射するように構成されたレーザ(46)と前記ターゲット(48)の映像をキャプチャするように構成されたカメラとを含む整列システム(14)と、
を含むシステム。 - タービンエンジン(28)を支持する第1の移動式ユニットと発電機(30)を支持する第2の移動式ユニットとの間の連結を整列させるのに役立つように構成された整列システム(14)を含み、前記整列システム(14)は、光ビーム(101)をターゲット(48)に照射するように構成されたレーザ(46)と、前記ターゲット(48)の映像をキャプチャするように構成されたカメラと、を含む、システム。
- 前記レーザ(46)、前記ターゲット(48)、及び前記カメラは、前記第1又は第2の移動式ユニットのトレーラスパイン(22)に沿って搭載するように構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ(46)は、前記トレーラスパイン(22)に沿って第1の領域内に搭載するように構成され、前記ターゲット(48)及び前記カメラは、前記トレーラスパイン(22)に沿って第2の領域内に搭載するように構成され、前記第1及び第2の領域は、前記トレーラスパイン(22)に沿って所定の距離だけ互いにオフセットしている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ(46)は、光ビーム(101)を前記ターゲット(48)上に照射するように構成され、前記カメラは、長手軸に対する前記トレーラスパイン(22)の整列を示すものとして前記ターゲット(48)上の前記光ビーム(101)の位置の映像を取得するように構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記ターゲット(48)上の前記光ビーム(101)の前記映像を受け取るように構成された制御システム(53)を含み、前記制御システム(53)は、前記ターゲット(48)上の前記光ビーム(101)の前記位置に基づいて整列状態を決定するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の移動式ユニットと連結するように構成された第1の整列ガイドと、前記第2の移動式ユニットと連結するように構成された第2の整列ガイドと、 を含む結合ガイドを含み、前記第1及び第2の整列ガイドは、前記タービンエンジン(28)を前記発電機(30)と整列させるのに役立つために前記第1及び第2の移動式ユニット間の前記連結を案内するように構成される、請求項12乃至16のいずれかに記載のシステム。
