Description
Claims (10)
- 受容面上に印刷材料の層を印刷するノズルを含み、
前記ノズルは、前記層の印刷中に前記層又は前記受容面をテクスチャリングするテクスチャリング部材を含むアウトレットを含み、前記アウトレットは、後続の層と連結するために前記層の主表面から伸びる突起を形成するように形成され、
前記テクスチャリング部材は前記アウトレットに多角形の輪郭を提供し、
前記多角形の輪郭は90度未満の角度を有する複数の角を含む、
3D印刷装置用のプリントヘッド。 - 前記アウトレットは、前記層に後続の層をクランプする複数のクランプ造作を、印刷された材料の前記層に含むようにする、複数のクランプ造作を画定する、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記印刷材料は、前記印刷材料の大部分が下の層の造作の周りを流れるような粘度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 印刷中に前記ノズルの上流に配置され、堆積された層上に粒状材料を堆積する噴霧部材を更に含む、請求項1、2又は3に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 受容面上で前記プリントヘッドを横方向に移動させる3D印刷装置であって、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のプリントヘッドを含む、3D印刷装置。
- 印刷方向の変化を容易にするために前記プリントヘッドを回転させる、請求項5に記載の3D印刷装置。
- ノズル及びテクスチャリング部材を含むプリントヘッドを、受容面を横切って移動することによって、印刷材料のテクスチャリングされた層を堆積するステップであって、前記層は前記受容面上の当該層の主表面から突出する造作を含む、ステップ
を含み、
前記ノズルは、後続の層と連結するために前記造作を形成するように形成されるアウトレットを含み、
前記テクスチャリング部材は前記アウトレットに多角形の輪郭を提供し、前記多角形の輪郭は90度未満の角度を有する複数の角を含む、物品を印刷する方法。 - 前記受容面は、他の印刷材料の以前に堆積された層である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積された層の一部に粒状材料を堆積するステップを更に含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷材料は、印刷材料のテクスチャリングされた層の堆積後、前記印刷材料の大部分が下の層の造作の周りを流れるような粘度を有し、前記印刷材料を固化するステップを更に含む、請求項7、8又は9に記載の方法。
