Description
a.透析液を輸送するポンプが静止状態にあるときに透析液の第1圧力値を測定する工程と
b.腹部へ流入する透析液の総流入量の一部の液量を輸送する工程と
c.ポンプを停止させて、静止ポンプで第2圧力値を測定する工程とを含む。
Claims (8)
- 患者の腹部の腹膜圧を判定するおよび/または患者の腹部の排液状態を判定する装置であって、前記装置は、前記腹部内へ透析液を輸送する少なくとも1つのポンプと、当該透析液の圧力を測定する少なくとも1つの測定装置とを備え、
前記装置は、少なくとも1つの制御ユニットを有し、当該制御ユニットは、静止ポンプを用いて前記測定装置が前記圧力の第1測定を実施して第1圧力測定値を得て、その後、前記ポンプを作動させて前記透析液の総流入量の一部の液量を前記腹部内に輸送してから当該ポンプを停止し、前記測定装置が前記透析液の第2測定を実施して第2圧力測定値を得るように、前記ポンプおよび前記測定装置を制御するように構成され、
前記装置は、少なくとも1つの評価ユニットを有し、当該評価ユニットは、前記第1圧力測定値と前記第2圧力測定値の差を求めるとともに、求めた差から前記腹部の排液状態を判定するように構成され、
前記評価ユニットは、前記2つの圧力値の差が特定の絶対値または相対的な限界値を超える場合に、前記腹部は排液された状態であると判定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1の装置において、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ポンプが輸送する前記一部の液量が、前記患者に注入される前記総流入量の一定割合を超えないように、または当該割合と一致するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ポンプが輸送する前記一部の液量が特定の絶対値と一致するか超えないように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記装置は、少なくとも1つの評価ユニットを有し、当該評価ユニットは、前記第1圧力測定値と前記第2圧力測定値の差を求めるとともに、求めた差から前記腹膜圧を判定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項4に記載の装置において、
前記評価ユニットは、前記2つの圧力値の差が特定の絶対値または相対的な限界値を超える場合は、前記腹膜圧は前記第1圧力測定値と等価であると判断するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記装置は、少なくとも1つの記憶装置を有しており、当該記憶装置には前記腹膜圧が記憶されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の装置を少なくとも1つ備える腹膜透析機器。
- 請求項7に記載の腹膜透析機器において、
当該機器は、測定された圧力に基づいて警告を発する手段を有しており、
当該手段は、前記警告を発する際に、判定された前記腹膜圧を考慮するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする腹膜透析機器。
