Claims (18)
- 液体が浸透して通過できる有孔薄膜と、第1の相手側要素と、を含む液体容器と、
第2の相手側要素を含むアダプタと、
スルーホールと突起物を含むベースに結合される圧電素子を含み、前記アダプタに収容される駆動要素と、
を含み、
前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素は、脱着可能で摺動可能に互いに係合することによって、前記ベースの前記スルーホールと前記有孔薄膜の中心とをほぼ合わせ、
前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素は摺動軌跡に沿って相対に移動し、
前記突起物は前記有孔薄膜を突き上げ、
前記アダプタは、前記ベースの下面の境領域に接触することで前記ベースを支持する少なくとも1つのジャックを含むことを特徴とする、エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素は前記摺動軌跡に沿って完全に合わさった
状態に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第1の相手側要素は、前記第2の相手側要素が含む相手側トングに接合されるグルーブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記第1の相手側要素は、前記第2の相手側要素が含む相手側グルーブに接合されるトングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記液体容器は、前記液体容器を囲む第3の相手側要素を含み、
前記アダプタは、前記アダプタの上縁に位置する第4の相手側要素を含み、
前記第3の相手側要素と前記第4の相手側要素が互いに係合して接合されることによって前記液体容器を垂直に保持させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第3の相手側要素は突出環であり、
前記第4の相手側要素は環状端部であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記有孔薄膜が前記突起物により突き上げられる程度は、前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素の位置に基づいて予め定めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記第1の相手側要素は、前記第2の相手側要素における相手側ネジ面に回転接合されるネジ表面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 液体が浸透して通過できる有孔薄膜と、第1の相手側要素と、を含む液体容器と、
第2の相手側要素を含むアダプタと、
スルーホールと突起物を含むベースに結合される圧電素子を含み、前記アダプタに収容される駆動要素と、
を含み、
前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素は脱着可能に互いに係合することによって、前記ベースの前記スルーホールと前記有孔薄膜の中心とをほぼ合わせ、
前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素が互いに接合された時、前記突起物が前記有孔薄膜を突き上げ、
前記アダプタは、前記ベースの下面の境領域に接触することで前記ベースを支持する少なくとも1つのジャックを含むことを特徴とする、エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素との間の接合形態は、スナップ嵌合、締り嵌め、ドング−グルーブ嵌合、ポスト−ボア嵌合、又はプレス嵌合から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記第1の相手側要素は縦方向に移動することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記有孔薄膜が前記突起物により突き上げられる程度は、前記第1の相手側要素の前記縦方向での相対移動に関連することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記第1の相手側要素は凸起部分を含み、
前記第2の相手側要素は凹部を含み、
前記第1の相手側要素が前記第2の相手側要素に係合された時、前記凸起部分が暫く撓んだ後に前記凹部に没入することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記凸起部分はフック、スタッド、又はビーズから選ばれことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記凸起部分は、環状として前記液体容器に伸び、
前記凹部は環状として前記アダプタの内部に伸びたことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記凸起部分は半環状として前記液体容器に伸び、
前記凹部は半環状として前記アダプタの内部に伸びたことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第1の相手側要素は第1の接触面を含み、
前記第2の相手側要素は第2の接触面を含み、
前記第1の接触面と前記第2の接触面との間に摩擦力が生じることによって、前記液体容器と前記アダプタを互いに密に接合させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 液体が浸透して通過できる有孔薄膜と、第1の相手側要素と、を含む液体容器と、
第2の相手側要素を含むアダプタと、
スルーホールと突起物を含むベースに結合される圧電素子を含み、前記アダプタに収容される駆動要素と、
を含み、
前記第1の相手側要素は凸起部分を含み、
前記第2の相手側要素は凹部を含み、
前記液体容器が前記アダプタに挿入された時、前記凸起部分が暫く撓んだ後に折り戻して前記凹部にロックされ、
前記ベースの前記スルーホールと前記有孔薄膜の中心とをほぼ合わせ、
前記第1の相手側要素と前記第2の相手側要素とが互いに接合された時、前記突起物は前記有孔薄膜を突き上げ、
前記アダプタは、前記ベースの下面の境領域に接触することで前記ベースを支持する少なくとも1つのジャックを含むことを特徴とする、エアゾール発生装置。
