Description

Claims (15)
- 縦軸に沿って垂直方向に配置され、第1の直径を有し、閉鎖チューブ表面を有する中心支持チューブと、
それぞれの中心を通る縦軸が前記中心支持チューブの縦軸と平行になるようにそれぞれが前記垂直方向に沿って配置されて前記中心支持チューブを円周方向に取り囲み、それぞれが前記中心支持チューブの前記第1の直径より小さい第2の直径を有する複数の濾過チューブと、を備え、
前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ壁を含み、前記壁が閉鎖壁部と開放壁部とを含み、前記開放壁部が濾過により液体から固体を取り除くための前記濾過チューブの表面の周囲の少なくとも半分まで延在する細孔を有し、前記細孔がそれぞれ前記濾過チューブの前記壁の厚みを貫通して延在するとともに円錐形を有し、
前記閉鎖壁部が内向きに面して前記中心支持チューブの前記閉鎖チューブ表面に隣接し、前記開放壁部およびその細孔が前記中心支持チューブの前記閉鎖チューブ表面に対して外向きに面するように、前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ前記中心支持チューブの周囲に配置される、濾過要素。 - 各濾過チューブの前記細孔が0.25μmから1,000μmの間の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ1mmから50mmの間の内径を有する、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ50μmから2,000μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項3に記載の要素。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ100μmから1,500μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項4に記載の要素。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ200μmから1,000μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項5に記載の要素。
- 前記中心支持チューブが5mmから400mmの間の内径を有する、請求項3に記載の要素。
- 少なくとも、第2の濾過要素に接続された第1の濾過要素と、
前記第1の濾過要素を前記第2の濾過要素に接続するコネクタと、
を備え、
前記第1の濾過要素および前記第2の濾過要素がそれぞれ請求項1に記載の濾過要素を備える、濾過アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の濾過要素および前記第2の濾過要素が互いに対して垂直に積層されている、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 各濾過チューブの前記細孔が0.25μmから1,000μmの間の直径を有する、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ1mmから50mmの間の内径を有する、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ50μmから2,000μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ100μmから1,500μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記濾過チューブがそれぞれ200μmから1,000μmの間の壁厚を有する、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記中心支持チューブが5mmから400mmの間の内径を有する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
