Description
患者の生体組織と接触する接触面を有する保持部材と、
前記保持部材内に配置された発光部と、
前記保持部材内に配置されると共に、前記発光部から出射された光を受光するように構成された受光部と、
前記接触面と前記発光部との間に設けられ、開口部を有するスペーサと、
を備え、
前記発光部の発光面と前記接触面との間には、前記開口部によって規定された空気層が設けられている。
透明部材8は、発光素子34から出射された光を透過させるように構成され、保持部材2(特に、下部シート22)よりも固い透明樹脂材料により形成されている。

Claims (8)
- 患者の生体組織と接触する接触面を有する保持部材と、
前記保持部材内に配置された発光部と、
前記保持部材内に配置されると共に、前記発光部から出射された光を受光するように構成された受光部と、
前記接触面と前記発光部との間に設けられ、開口部を有するスペーサと、
前記スペーサと前記接触面との間に設けられ、前記スペーサの熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有する放熱層と、
を備え、
前記発光部の発光面と前記接触面との間には、前記開口部によって規定された空気層が設けられている、パルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。 - 前記放熱層は、金属材料又は炭素材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載のパルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。
- 患者の生体組織と接触する接触面を有する保持部材と、
前記保持部材内に配置された発光部と、
前記保持部材内に配置されると共に、前記発光部から出射された光を受光するように構成された受光部と、
前記接触面と前記発光部との間に設けられ、開口部を有するスペーサと、
を備え、
前記発光部の発光面と前記接触面との間には、前記開口部によって規定された空気層が設けられ、
前記スペーサは、金属材料により形成されている、パルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。 - 患者の生体組織と接触する接触面を有する保持部材と、
前記保持部材内に配置された発光部と、
前記保持部材内に配置されると共に、前記発光部から出射された光を受光するように構成された受光部と、
前記接触面と前記発光部との間に設けられ、開口部を有するスペーサと、
を備え、
前記発光部の発光面と前記接触面との間には、前記開口部によって規定された空気層が設けられ、
前記発光部は、
サブマウント基板と、
前記サブマウント基板に配置された発光素子と、
前記発光素子を覆うレンズと、
を有し、
前記スペーサは、前記サブマウント基板に接触している、
パルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。 - 前記接触面と前記発光部との間に設けられ、前記保持部材よりも固い透明部材をさらに備える、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載のパルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。
- 前記保持部材は、上部シートと、前記上部シートに接合された下部シートとを有し、
前記発光部及び前記受光部は、前記上部シートと前記下部シートとによって形成された収容空間内に配置される、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のパルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。 - 前記上部シートと前記下部シートは、可撓性樹脂材料により形成されている、
請求項6に記載のパルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。 - 前記保持部材は、前記下部シートに配置された粘着テープをさらに有し、
前記粘着テープは、前記接触面を有する、
請求項6又は7に記載のパルスフォトメトリ用プローブ。
