Claims (3)
- 太陽熱を利用して蓄熱を行う蓄熱槽と、需要者に供給する湯水を貯湯する貯湯槽と、前記蓄熱槽に蓄えられた熱を利用して空調機器に冷房及び暖房の少なくとも一方を行わせる空調給湯システムであって、
前記蓄熱槽に蓄えられた熱を利用して前記貯湯槽内の湯水を加熱させる熱移送手段と、
設定された熱移送開始時に前記熱移送手段による熱移送を開始させ、設定された給湯開始時に前記熱移送手段による熱移送を終了させる熱移送制御手段と、
前記空調機器にて消費された熱量の学習結果に基づいて今後の空調負荷を推定する推定手段と、
前記推定手段により推定された空調負荷に基づいて前記熱移送手段による熱移送開始時を算出して設定する算出設定手段と、を備え、
前記熱移送制御手段は、前記算出設定手段により設定された熱移送開始時に前記熱移送手段による熱移送を開始させ、設定された給湯開始時に前記熱移送手段による熱移送を終了させる
ことを特徴とする空調給湯システム。 - 現在が冷房又は暖房を行う冷暖房期を除く中間期であるかを判断する期間判断手段をさらに備え、
前記熱移送制御手段は、前記期間判断手段により中間期であると判断された場合に、前記熱移送開始時及び前記給湯開始時によらず、前記熱移送手段による熱移送を行わせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調給湯システム。 - 前記熱移送手段とは異なる熱を利用して前記貯湯槽内の湯水を加熱する加熱源と、
設定された前記加熱源による加熱開始時から前記給湯開始時までの加熱時間帯において前記貯湯槽内の湯水の温度が所定温度以上となっていないと判断した場合に、前記加熱源による加熱を行わせる加熱源制御手段と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の空調給湯システム。
