Description
本発明は機械工学および構造、特に、たとえば自動車工学、航空機構造、造船、機械構造、玩具構造等の機械的構造の分野にある。
工学および構造においては、部品を互いに固着することに対して依然として改善の余地がある。たとえば、自動車、航空機、造船および機械構造産業においては、異なる技術によって製造される金属またはセラミック部品を互いに接続しなければならない。たとえば、自動車産業では、梁および圧力ダイカスト部品のスペースフレーム接続が自動車のフレームの安定性に非常に重要である。
したがって、本発明の目的は、先行技術の方法の欠点を克服する、部品を互いに接続するための方法を提供することである。
−開口部を含む第1の部品を設けるステップと、
−固体状態の熱可塑性材料を含む第2の部品を設けるステップと、
−アンダーカットを有するキャビティおよび明確に規定されたキャビティ体積が規定されながら、上記第2の部品が上記開口部の内部に達するように、上記第1の部品および上記第2の部品を互いに配置するステップと、
−上記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部が液化して上記キャビティを充填するまで、上記第2の部品にエネルギを作用させるステップと、
−上記熱可塑性材料を再凝固させ、それによって上記第2の部品を上記第1の部品の内部にアンカー固定するステップとを含む。
ビティはゆえに、鋳型の機能を有する。これによって、規定されたポリマー体積、および場合によっては規定された固化条件の使用が可能になる。
−開口部は、アンダーカットを有する止まり穴、たとえば周囲の部分および/または複数の径方向特徴によって構成される広がりであり、その場合キャビティは当該穴の少なくとも一部によって形成される。

第2の部品は、さらなる部品を第1の部品に接続できるように構成され得る。たとえば、第2の部品は、さらなる部品を第1の部品にクランプ留めし得るねじ状の頭部を含み得る。付加的にまたは代替的に、第2の部品は、熱可塑性材料を液化するのに十分な条件下で液化しない材料からなるコア(このコア材料はたとえば、金属、セラミック、または強力な繊維強化複合物製であり得る)を含んでもよく、このコアに対してさらなる部品が、
たとえばねじ接続もしくは他の従来の機械的接続によって従来の態様で、またはさらに本発明に従って接続され得る。
実施形態に係るエネルギは、機械的振動、特に超音波振動の形態で供給され得る。
特に、射出成形などの先行技術の成形方法とは対照的に、本発明の局面に係る方法は、充填程度がたとえば30%よりも高く、最大で55%(押出成形機で製造される材料について)またはさらには最大で60%または最大で65%(引抜成形によって製造される熱可塑性材料)の高度に充填された熱可塑性物質の使用に特に好適であり、一般に、充填率は0%から65%であり得、本段落におけるすべてのパーセンテージは体積%の値である。

第2の部品を設けるステップを備え、前記第2の部品は固体状態の熱可塑性材料を含み、前記方法はさらに、
前記第2の部品が前記開口部の内部に達するように、前記第1の部品および前記第2の部品を互いに配置するステップと、
前記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部が液化して前記キャビティを充填するまで、前記第2の部品にエネルギを直接的に作用させるステップと、
前記熱可塑性材料を再凝固させ、それによって前記第2の部品を前記第1の部品の内部にアンカー固定するステップとを備え、
前記キャビティ壁は液化した前記熱可塑性材料に対して不浸透性であり、前記開口部はスリット形状であり、遠位の広がりを含む、方法。 - 前記キャビティは、前記熱可塑性材料のみによって部分的に充填される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 再凝固した前記熱可塑性材料の形状は、前記第2の部品の全自由度をロック固定する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。

- 前記開口部は近位側に向かって開口しており、前記第2の部品は前記近位側から挿入され、前記第2の部品にエネルギを作用させるステップの間、前記第2の部品は遠位側に向かって押される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記押すステップの間、前記第2の部品は、前記開口部の地面に、または前記第1の部品の遠位の補助要素に押付けられ、前記第1の部品に一時的に固定される、請求項12に記載の方法。
