Claims (10)
- 入口及び出口を有し、且つ前記出口に設けられるシュラウドパネルを更に含むケースと、
空気を前記入口から前記出口に吸入するように配置され、前記ケースの中に設けられる軸流ファンと、
を備え、
前記シュラウドパネルは、前記軸流ファンの気流流路に沿って設けられる複数の切り欠き部と、それぞれシート状であり、前記切り欠き部を分離させている複数の固定素子と、前記複数の固定素子の各々の一方の端部に枢転して付着される複数のウィング素子と、を含み、
前記複数のウィング素子の各々は、少なくとも前記シュラウドパネルから離れる第1の位置と前記複数の切り欠き部のうちの1つの中にある第2の位置との間で転換するように配置され、
且つ前記ウィング素子は、前記第2の位置に位置する場合、実質的に延伸して対応する前記切り欠き部を覆うように配置される冷却ファン部材。 - 前記複数のウィング素子の各々は、少なくとも1つのバイアス素子によって前記ウィング素子に接続する前記固定素子に枢転して付着され、且つ前記軸流ファンが閾値量に達する十分な気流を提供できない場合、前記少なくとも1つのバイアス素子は前記ウィング素子のうちの1つを前記第2の位置に維持するように配置される請求項1に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 前記第1の位置に位置する場合、前記複数のウィング素子の各々及びそれらに接続する前記固定素子は、ステーターブレードを前記シュラウドパネルの中に定義するように配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 前記軸流ファンは、それぞれファンブレード角度を有する複数のファンブレードを含み、ステーターブレードは、それぞれステーターブレード角度を有し、且つ前記ファンブレード角度が前記ステーターブレード角度に対して少なくとも90度ずれる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 前記切り欠き部は、前記シュラウドパネルの周方向に沿って延伸して環状の配列を形成する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 前記ウィング素子又はそれらに接続する前記固定素子は、一つ又は複数の密封素子を含む請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 気流が前記入口から前記出口に入る場合、前記ウィング素子は前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置に転換するように配置され、
気流が前記出口から前記入口に入る場合、前記ウィング素子は前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に転換するように配置される請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の冷却ファン部材。 - 前記バイアス素子は、バネ又はバネ付勢構造を含む請求項2に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 前記バイアス素子は、重力駆動構造を含む請求項2に記載の冷却ファン部材。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の何れの少なくとも1つの冷却ファン部材と、
過熱による損害を避けるために、冷却気流が流れるように配置される少なくとも1つの電子部材と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの冷却ファン部材は、更に、空気が前記電子部材を流れることを促進し、前記電子部材による熱エネルギーを排出するように配置される冷却ファンシステム。
