Description
なお、通常の圧延ニッケル箔の純度は99.6mass%程度である。
接着剤を付加したシリコーンゴム(信越化学工業株式会社製、ゴムコンパウンド:KE-941U、加硫剤:C-8A)に対し、箔厚さ50μmの電解ニッケル箔(福田金属箔粉工業株式会社製、グレード:NIF-50、純度99.997mass%)を熱圧着(170℃10分後、200℃4時間)により貼りあわせた後、直径3mmの円形状に打ち抜いて実施例1の接点部材を得た。
実施例1の接点部材の接点側表面の表面粗さRzjisは3.7μmであった。
電解ニッケル箔に変えて、箔厚さ50μmの圧延洋白箔(JIS合金番号:C7701-EH)の両面に厚さ2μmのニッケルめっきを施し、さらに接点側に厚さ0.5μmの金めっきを施した複合金属箔を使用した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で比較例1の接点部材を得た。
比較例1の接点部材の接点側表面の表面粗さRzjisは0.6μm であった。
電解ニッケル箔に変えて、箔厚さ100μmの圧延ニッケル箔(JIS合金番号:NW2201、純度99.66 mass%)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様の方法で比較例2の接点部材を得た。
比較例2の接点部材の接点側表面の表面粗さRzjisは0.9μmであった。
電解ニッケル箔に変えて、箔厚さ50μmの圧延洋白箔(JIS合金番号:C7701-EH)の両面にニッケルめっき2μmを施した複合金属箔を使用した以外は実施例1と同様の方法にて比較例3の接点部材を得た。
比較例3の接点部材の接点側表面の表面粗さRzjisは0.6μmであった。
JIS Z2371に規定される中性塩水噴霧試験に従って、塩化ナトリウム濃度50g/L、pH6.8の溶液を、温度35℃の条件で、実施例及び比較例の各接点部材に72時間噴霧した(以下「NSS試験」と言う)。
外観は、耐食性試験後の各押釦スイッチ用接点部材(n=2)の接点側表面を金属顕微鏡で25倍に拡大して観察し、腐食あり(×)、又は、腐食なし(〇)として評価した。
導通は、耐食性試験後の各押釦スイッチ用接点部材(n=2)を用いて、図3に示す押釦スイッチを作成し、各50回のスイッチ動作をし、固定接点との導通が1回でも取れなかった場合を「×」、50回とも導通が取れた場合を「〇」として評価を行った。
表1に耐食性試験の結果一覧を示す。
したがって、本発明は産業上の利用可能性が高い発明であると言える。

Claims (3)
- 絶縁性弾性材料にニッケル箔を張り合わせてなる押釦スイッチ用接点部材であって、前記ニッケル箔が純度99.99mass%以上の電解ニッケル箔である押釦スイッチ用接点部材。
- 前記電解ニッケル箔の少なくとも一方の面の表面粗さRzjisが3μm以上である請求項1記載の押釦スイッチ用接点部材。
- 前記絶縁性弾性材料がシリコーンゴムである請求項1又は2記載の押釦スイッチ用接点部材。
