Description
Claims (22)
- 連続鋳造機内で金属ストランドを冷却するための噴霧器具において、
少なくとも1つの多重ノズルヘッドと少なくとも1つの切換え弁とが具備されており、各多重ノズルヘッドが少なくとも第1及び第2のノズルを有し、少なくとも1つの前記切換え弁が前記多重ノズルヘッドの上流側に配設され、前記切換え弁が前記多重ノズルヘッド内の前記第2のノズルに流動連結されて、全ての前記第2のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか又は遮断し、
当該噴霧器具は、ノズル支持体と、該ノズル支持体に解除可能な形で連結されている少なくとも一つの多重ノズルユニットとを有し、
前記ノズル支持体は内部に少なくとも二つのパイプラインを格納しており、
各々の多重ノズルユニットが組付け用ブロックを有し、該組付け用ブロック内にノズル送水管の始点が配設され、前記ノズル送水管はこのときに前記多重ノズルヘッドに通じており、前記多重ノズルユニットは解除可能な形で前記組付け用ブロックを介して前記ノズル支持体に連結される、ことを特徴とする噴霧器具。 - 複数の多重ノズルヘッドが具備されており、複数の該多重ノズルヘッドが3次元的に互いに離隔している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴霧器具。
- 各々の多重ノズルヘッドがn個のノズルを有し、全ての前記第2のノズル、及び場合によっては全ての第3、第4〜第n番目のノズルが各々切換え弁に流動連結されて、全ての前記第2のノズル、及び場合によっては全ての第3、第4及び/又は第n番目のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか又は遮断し、ここでnは自然数であり、かつ2〜10の値である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧器具。
- 少なくとも第1及び第2の切換え弁が具備されており、前記第1の切換え弁は、前記多重ノズルヘッド内の全ての前記第1のノズルに対して流動連結されて、全ての前記第1のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか又は遮断し、前記第2の切換え弁は、前記多重ノズルヘッド内の全ての前記第2のノズルに対して流動連結されて、全ての前記第2のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか又は遮断する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 噴霧液体を供給するために少なくとも第1のパイプライン及び第2のパイプラインが具備されており、前記第1のパイプラインは全ての前記第1のノズルに連結され、前記第2のパイプラインは全ての前記第2のノズルに連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- n本のパイプラインが具備されており、前記第1のパイプラインは全ての前記第1のノズルに連結され、前記第2のパイプラインは全ての前記第2のノズルに連結されており、場合によって第3、第4〜第n番目のパイプラインは全ての第3、第4及び/又は第n番目のノズルに連結され、ここでnは自然数であり、かつ2〜10の値である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 多重ノズルヘッドの上流側で、それぞれの切換え弁が前記第2のパイプライン、及び場合によっては第3、第4〜第n番目のパイプライン上に具備されており、ここでnは自然数であり、かつ2〜10の値である、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記多重ノズルヘッドの上流側で、前記第1のパイプライン上に切換え弁が具備されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 少なくとも1つの多重ノズルヘッドのノズルは、前記噴霧液体の既定の圧力でこれらのノズルが各々異なる数量の噴霧液体を放出する限りにおいて異なっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 多重ノズルヘッドの前記ノズルは噴霧液体量に関して互いに連係し、前記第1のノズルが、噴霧液体の低圧と高圧の間の既定の圧力範囲内で、第1の数量範囲内の噴霧液体量を放出し、かつ前記低圧と前記高圧の間で前記第1のノズル及び前記第2のノズルによって放出される噴霧液体量の合計からなる第2の数量範囲が、前記第1の数量範囲と重複する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 各々の多重ノズルヘッドがn個のノズルを有し、前記噴霧液体の低圧と高圧の間の既定の圧力範囲内で、第1〜第3のノズル、第1〜第4のノズル及び/又は第1〜第n番目のノズルは、第3、第4及び/又は第n番目の数量範囲内の噴霧液体量を放出し、かつ前記数量範囲が重複し、ここでnは自然数であり、かつ2〜10の値である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記多重ノズルヘッドは前記パイプラインに沿って互いに3次元的に離隔している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記パイプラインが前記連続鋳造機の鋳造方向に対して平行に走り、前記多重ノズルヘッドが前記鋳造方向で互いに前後して前記パイプラインに沿って配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記パイプラインが前記連続鋳造機の鋳造方向に対して横断方向に配設され、前記多重ノズルヘッドが前記鋳造方向に対して横断方向で互いに前後して前記パイプラインに沿って配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 連続鋳造機内で金属ストランドを冷却するための噴霧器具において、
少なくとも1つの多重ノズルヘッドと少なくとも1つの切換え弁とが具備されており、各多重ノズルヘッドが少なくとも第1及び第2のノズルを有し、少なくとも1つの前記切換え弁が前記多重ノズルヘッドの上流側に配設され、前記切換え弁が前記多重ノズルヘッド内の前記第2のノズルに流動連結されて、全ての前記第2のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか又は遮断し、
前記切換え弁が圧縮空気弁の形で設計され、各切換え弁にはそれぞれの切換え弁に対する圧縮空気の供給を可能にするか又は遮断するためのソレノイド弁が割当てられている、ことを特徴とする噴霧器具。 - ソレノイド弁アイランド内で複数のソレノイド弁が組み合わされ、ここで前記ソレノイド弁アイランドはソレノイド弁用の共同ベース及び共同電子制御手段を有すること、を特徴とする請求項15に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記パイプラインの少なくとも1つが、プロファイル材の長手方向に連続している少なくとも1つの中空チャンバを伴うプロファイル材の形態で設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 複数のパイプラインが前記長手方向に連続している複数の中空チャンバを伴うプロファイル材を用いて形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の噴霧器具。
- 複数のプロファイル材が連結されて支持体を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項17又は18に記載の噴霧器具。
- 前記多重ノズルヘッドが前記プロファイル材上又は複数のプロファイル材を有する前記支持体上に配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項17〜19の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具。
- 請求項1〜20の何れか一項に記載の噴霧器具を用いて連続鋳造機内で金属ストランドを冷却するための方法において、
所要噴霧液体量に応じて前記多重ノズルヘッドの全ての前記第2のノズル及び/又は全ての第n番目のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするステップ、及び噴霧液体の供給を遮断するステップを有し、前記噴霧液体の供給を可能にする動作、及び/又は噴霧液体の供給を遮断する動作が、前記所要噴霧液体量が改変された場合にだけ実施される、方法。 - 所要噴霧液体量に応じて、前記多重ノズルヘッドの全ての前記第1のノズルに対する噴霧液体の供給を可能にするか、又は噴霧液体の供給を遮断することを特徴とし、噴霧液体の供給を可能にする動作、及び/又は噴霧液体の供給を遮断する動作が、前記所要噴霧液体量が改変された場合にだけ実施される、請求項21に記載の方法。
