上述の加熱経路は、上述の貯水チャンバの出口から水を受け入れる入口と、飲料を調製するために抽出チャンバに加熱された水を分注する出口とを備え、
上述の加熱経路は加熱可能な外面及び内部コアによって画定された経路を備え、
上述の内部コアは上述の加熱水の温度を検出する温度プローブを備え、
上述の内部コアは縦軸、上述の加熱経路の入口の第1端部及び反対側の第2端部を備え、
上述の温度プローブは、当該プローブが上述の出口近傍の水の温度を検出するように、上述のコア内を上述の第2端部から第1端部に向かって縦方向に延在するシート内に収容される。
Claims (13)
- 飲料の調製及び分注を行うマシンに熱湯を供給するグループ(6)であって、
水を受け入れる入口(11)及び出口(12)を有する貯水チャンバ(14)と、
加熱経路(9、13)とを備え、
前記加熱経路(9、13)は、前記貯水チャンバ(14)の前記出口(12)から水を受け入れる入口(IN)と、加熱された水を抽出チャンバ(16)に分注する出口(15)とを有し、
前記加熱経路(9、13)は加熱可能な外面(13)及び内部コア(9)によって画定された経路を有し、
前記内部コア(9)は前記加熱された水の温度を検出する温度プローブ(8)を有し、
前記内部コア(9)は縦軸(A−A)、前記加熱経路(9、13)の前記入口(IN)の第1端部(91)及び反対側の第2端部(92)を有し、
前記温度プローブ(8)は、該温度プローブ(8)が前記出口(15)の近傍の水の温度を検出するように、前記コア内を前記第2端部(92)から前記第1端部(91)に向かって延在するシート(9’)内に収容されるグループ。 - 請求項1に記載のグループ(6)において、前記加熱経路(9、13)は少なくとも一部が螺旋面によって形成される曲路であるグループ(6)。
- 請求項2に記載のグループ(6)において、前記螺旋面は少なくとも一部が前記内部コア(9)の外面に形成されるグループ。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載のグループ(6)において、前記加熱経路(9、13)は前記コア(9)の外側に、前記コアを貫通せずに完全に延在するグループ。
- 請求項2又は3に記載のグループ(6)において、前記貯水チャンバ(14)の前記出口(12)と前記曲路の入口(13)との間に電磁弁(5)を更に備えるグループ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のグループ(6)において、前記貯水チャンバの前記入口(11)の高さは前記出口(12)の高さと異なり、及び/又は前記貯水チャンバ(14)の前記入口(11)の軸(11’)は前記貯水チャンバ(14)の前記出口(12)の軸(12’)に対してほぼ垂直であるグループ。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のグループ(6)において、取り外し可能で、前記グループ(6)をモジュール化し、粉、ポッド、カプセルから種々のタイプの飲料を抽出できるような形状を有する他のディフューザと交換可能なディフューザ(22)を更に備えるグループ。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のグループ(6)において、飲料抽出サイクルを開始する第1方向と飲料抽出サイクルを停止する第2方向とに回転可能なレバー(17)を更に備えるグループ。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の熱湯を供給するグループ(6)及び該グループ(6)に水を供給するポンプ(1)を備える、飲料の調製及び分注を行うマシン。
- 請求項9に記載のマシンにおいて、蒸気ボイラー(3)及び該蒸気ボイラー(3)によって生成された熱により、前記ポンプ(1)によって供給される水を予熱し、予熱された水を前記グループ(6)に供給する予熱器(2)を更に備えるマシン。
- 請求項9又は10に記載のマシンにおいて、曲路からの水を排出する手段を更に備え、該排出する手段は電磁弁、水圧ホース及び継ぎ手を有するマシン。
- 請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載のマシンにおいて、前記温度プローブ(8)から温度情報を受信し、これに対応する方法で前記グループ(6)の加熱要素(7)を制御する処理グループ(CPU)を更に備えるマシン。
- 請求項12に記載のマシンにおいて、前記処理グループ(CPU)は、ユーザが抽出のために熱湯の分注を作動させると、ポンプ(1)のスイッチ入力が一定期間遅れ、その期間に電磁弁(5)の負荷経路のみが開かれるようにプログラムされるマシン。
