Claims (5)
- 車椅子利用者が物体間に生じる段差に掛け渡して使用する可搬形スロープにおいて、
繊維強化プラスチック製の樹脂パネル及び樹脂パイプと、発泡性樹脂材とで形成し、前後端部に傾斜面を有する板状芯材と、該板状芯材の外表面に形成したポリウレア樹脂層とを有し、
前記板状芯材は、前記発泡性樹脂材の内部に、繊維強化プラスチック製の樹脂パイプを長手方向に単数又は複数平行に配置するとともに、前記発泡性樹脂材の長手方向に沿った両側面に繊維強化プラスチック製の樹脂パネルを配置した構造であり、
前記ポリウレア樹脂層は、前記板状芯材の外表面を覆うように連続的に形成された構造である、
ことを特徴とする可搬形スロープ。 - 前記繊維強化プラスチックが、炭素繊維強化プラスチックである請求項1記載の可搬形スロープ。
- 前記発泡性樹脂材の上面に、ポリカーボネート製中空樹脂板を積層して前記板状芯材としてなる請求項1又は2記載の可搬形スロープ。
- 前記板状芯材の外表面にポリウレア樹脂層を形成した左右のスロープ板部材を備え、両スロープ板部材の底面同士を可撓性の連結帯で連結して折り畳み可能としてなる請求項1〜3何れか1項に記載の可搬形スロープ。
- 両スロープ板部材の外側の側面に設けた繊維強化プラスチック製樹脂パネルの上部が、前記発泡性樹脂材若しくはポリカーボネート製中空樹脂板よりも上方へ突出設定し、ポリウレア樹脂層で外覆された該樹脂パネルの上方突出部を脱輪防止壁としてなる請求項4記載の可搬形スロープ。
