Claims (10)
- 金属製造方法のためのアセンブリ(1;1’)であって:
タンディッシュ(3)、
タンディッシュ(3)からの溶融金属のタッピングを行うように構成された浸漬ノズル(SEN)(5;5’)、及び
SEN(5;5’)の周りに配置されて、SEN(5;5’)内に回転電磁場を生成するためのコイルを具備する閉鎖一体式のSEN封入部分を有する電磁撹拌装置(7)であって、SEN封入部分が周方向に閉鎖一体式の環状流路を提供し、そこにSEN(5)が延び、SEN封入部分は開放不能である、電磁撹拌装置(7)
を備え、電磁撹拌装置(7)がタンディッシュ(3)とSEN(5;5’)に対して移動不能に取り付けられる、アセンブリ。 - SEN封入部分がSEN(5;5’)を受容するように構成されたチャネルを形成する貫通孔を有し、チャネルがその内周に沿って継ぎ目のない内壁を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ(1;1’)。
- タンディッシュ(3)に取り付けられてタンディッシュ(3)の下方に配置されるSEN切断装置(9)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ(1)。
- 電磁撹拌装置(7)がSEN切断装置(9)に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ(1)。
- 電磁撹拌装置(7)が、SEN切断装置(9)の下側に取り付けられている、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ(1)。
- ロック装置(13)を備え、SEN(5’)が、タンディッシュ(3)から延びている第1のノズル部(5a)と、ロック装置(13)により第1のノズル部(5a)に取り外し可能に取り付けられている第2のノズル部(5b)とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ(1’)。
- 電磁撹拌装置(7)がロック装置(13)上に取り付けられている、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ(1’)。
- 電磁撹拌装置(7)がタンディッシュ(3)の底に取り付けられている、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 電磁撹拌装置(7)がロック装置(13)と一体化されている、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ(1’)。
- 金属製造方法が製鉄方法である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(1;1’)。
