Claims (15)
- 軸方向、円周方向、及び半径方向を画定するタイヤであって、前記タイヤが、赤道面を有し、前記タイヤが、

対向するサイドウォール部分の間に接続されたクラウン部分と、
前記ビード部分の間に、かつ前記対向するサイドウォール部分及びクラウン部分を通って延在するボディプライと、
前記クラウン部分内に、かつ前記ボディプライの半径方向外方位置付けられたブレーカープライと、
前記クラウン部分内に、かつ前記ブレーカープライの半径方向外方に位置付けられた第1のワーキングプライと、
前記クラウン部分内に、かつ前記第1のワーキングプライの半径方向外方に位置付けられた第2のワーキングプライと、
前記クラウン層内に位置付けられた円周方向補強要素の層と、を備え、
前記ブレーカープライが、軸方向幅を有し、また、複数のブレーカープライ補強要素を備え、各ブレーカープライ補強要素が、前記ブレーカープライの軸方向幅全体にわたって連続的に延在し、また、前記赤道面から角度θで、155mm以下の長さLを有し、θが、40°である、タイヤ。 - 前記ブレーカープライが、W122≦Lmax×(Sin(θ))の軸方向に沿って、幅Wを有し、Lmax=155mmが、前記ブレーカープライ補強要素の最大長さである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1のワーキングプライが、前記赤道面と10°≦|α|≦45°の範囲の角度αを成す、複数の第1のワーキングプライ補強要素を備える、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第2のワーキングプライが、前記赤道面と10°≦|α|≦45°の範囲の角度αを成し、また、前記赤道面から対頂角αで前記第1のワーキングプライ補強要素と交差するように配設された、複数の第2のワーキングプライ補強要素を備える、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン層内に位置付けられた円周方向補強要素の層をさらに備え、前記円周方向補強要素が、軸方向に沿って、ペースが変動する複数の離散的ゾーンに分割される、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数の離散的ゾーンの中のペース分配が、前記タイヤの前記赤道面を中心に対称である、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層が、前記第1のワーキングプライの半径方向内方に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層が、前記第2のワーキングプライの半径方向外方に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素の層が、前記第1のワーキングプライと前記第2のワーキングプライとの間で半径方向に沿って位置付けられる、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン層内に位置付けられた前記円周方向補強要素の層が、中央ゾーンと、前記中央ゾーンによって分けられた一対の対向する横方向ゾーンとを含む、ペースが変動する3つのゾーンを備える、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記中央ゾーン内の前記円周方向補強要素の前記ペースが、前記対向する横方向ゾーン内の前記円周方向補強材の前記ペースの1〜3倍である、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン層内に位置付けられた前記円周方向補強要素の層が、中央ゾーンと、前記中央ゾーンによって分けられた一対の対向する中間ゾーンと、前記中央ゾーン及び前記対向する中間ゾーンによって分けられた一対の軸方向最外ゾーンとを含む、ペースが変動する5つのゾーンを備える、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記中央ゾーン内の前記円周方向補強要素の前記ペースが、前記軸方向最外ゾーンの前記ペースの1〜1.5倍の範囲であり、前記対向する中間ゾーンの前記ペースが、前記軸方向最外ゾーン内の前記円周方向補強材の前記ペースの1.6〜2倍である、請求項12に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記円周方向補強要素が、波形であり、かつ0<(A/λ)≦0.09の範囲で振幅Aと波長λとの比率A/λを有する金属補強要素を備える、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第2のワーキングプライ及び前記円周方向補強材の層の半径方向外方に位置付けられたプロテクタープライをさらに備え、前記プロテクタープライが、前記赤道面から前記第2のワーキングプライに名目上等しい角度で、プロテクタープライ補強材を備える、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
