得られたスラグをそのまま用いることができる一次製品として、埋戻し材、覆土材、土壌改良剤、肥料原料、ショットブラスト等の研磨材、バラスト等に活用できる。

Claims (3)
- バイオマス資源をメタン発酵させた残渣であるリン成分を含むメタン発酵残渣、及び/または前記メタン発酵残渣と添加物との混合物を、リン成分が揮散しないように炉内に供給する空気量を調節した酸化性雰囲気下で溶融する溶融ステップと、
前記溶融ステップで溶融された溶融処理物を冷却して固化する冷却ステップと、
を含み、
前記溶融ステップで添加する前記添加物として前記溶融処理物の粘性を下げる融点降下剤または塩基度調整剤を用いるとともに、前記冷却ステップで前記溶融処理物を急冷することによりスラグ内部にひび割れを生じさせ、保水性や通水性を備えたリン含有肥料、緑化ブロック、漁礁ブロック、植林ブロックまたは土壌改質材として使用する溶融製品の製造方法。 - 前記冷却ステップで得られたスラグを破砕する整粒ステップと、前記整粒ステップで破砕されたスラグからアルミ、鉄系金属を除去する選別ステップをさらに含む請求項1記載の溶融製品の製造方法。
- 前記溶融ステップで添加する前記添加物として下水汚泥、し尿汚泥、ヘドロまたは古紙の何れかまたは複数を溶融熱源として選択する請求項1かまたは2記載の溶融製品の製造方法。
