Description
Claims (39)
- 液体を再循環させるための再循環ループであって、前記再循環ループ内に、流体連通して、浸漬管、ポンプ、レギュレータ、フローメータ、及び接続部を含む、再循環ループと、
前記接続部を通じて、かつ、前記接続部の下流で、前記再循環ループと流体連通しているフロー制御システムと
を含む、低い圧力変動の制御装置であって、
前記再循環ループが、供給容器から浸漬管を通じて前記液体をくみ出し、前記液体の少なくとも一部を、前記再循環ループ内の前記接続部の下流の戻り管を通じて前記供給容器に戻し、
前記ポンプがダイアフラム型又はベローズ型のポンプであり、
前記接続部が、前記ポンプの下流の前記フローメータの下流にあり、
前記再循環ループが、前記戻り管内に設置された背圧コントローラをさらに含む、装置。 - さらに、前記フロー制御システムがフローコントローラを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記フローコントローラが、流体連通しているフローメータ及び制御弁を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記フローメータがフロートランスミッターである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環ループ内の前記フローメータがフロートランスミッターである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フロー制御システム内の前記フローメータがフロートランスミッターである、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環ループ内の前記レギュレータが、直動エアレギュレータによって制御される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。

- 前記レギュレータが、スプリングロード式、空気式、重量式、直線動作式、及びモータ搭載式のレギュレータからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フロー制御システムが、前記フローコントローラの下流に逆止弁をさらに含む、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環ループが、前記再循環ループ内に、前記浸漬管、前記ポンプ、前記レギュレータ、前記フローメータ、及び前記接続部に接続された管を、それらの間で流体連通を提供するために、さらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。

- 前記ポンプ内のガス背圧及び前記ポンプ内のベンチュリ圧力が±10%に等しい、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フロー制御システム内の前記フローコントローラの前記フローメータが、前記フロー制御システム内の前記フローコントローラの前記制御弁の下流にある、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 液体を再循環させるための再循環ループであって、前記再循環ループ内に、流体連通して、浸漬管、レギュレータ、フローメータ、及び接続部を含む、再循環ループと、
前記再循環ループと流体連通しており、閉ループ制御型である第1フローコントローラを有する、液体材料供給ラインと、
液体と混合され液体配合物を作るための液体構成要素のための、閉ループ制御型である、第2フローコントローラと、
液体及び1つ又は複数の他の液体構成要素により配合液体が形成される、接続部又は連結管と
を含む、液体を配合する装置であって、
前記再循環ループが、吸入揚程能力を有するポンプ及び背圧コントローラを含み、前記ポンプがそのスピードを調整するための手段と、以下:チャンバーのオーバーラップ、ガス背圧、ベンチュリ圧力、並びにダイアフラム又はベローズへの排出フロー及び吸入フローのうち1つ又は複数又は全てを調整するための手段とを提供しており、

を含む、請求項1〜29のいずれか1項に記載の装置のいずれか1つを操作する方法。 - 前記再循環ループ内のレギュレータを通じて液体を流す追加の工程を含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプがポンピングしている間に継続して、前記液体の少なくとも一部を、前記液体供給容器に戻して再循環させる、追加の工程を含む、請求項37又は38に記載の方法。
