Claims (10)
- 複数個の第1極板と、複数個の第2極板と、複数個のセパレータと、を含み、
前記各第1極板は、第1活物質でコーティングされた第1コーティング部、及び第1無地部を具備し、前記各第1無地部が曲折され、
前記各第2極板は、第2活物質でコーティングされた第2コーティング部、及び第2無地部を具備し、前記各第2無地部が曲折され、
前記第1極板及び前記第2極板の間には、1つ以上の前記セパレータを具備し、
前記第1無地部と、最も隣接して配置された他の第1無地部との間には、セパレータと第2極板との厚み相当する段差が形成されており、前記第1無地部および前記他の第1無地部のうちの一方の第1無地部が曲折されて、前記段差に相当する空スペースを埋めている電極組立体。 - 前記電極組立体は、複数個の第1無地部、及び複数個の第2無地部を具備し、
前記各第1極板は、第1無地部を具備し、前記各第2極板は、第2無地部を具備し、
前記第1無地部は、それぞれ「Z」字形に曲折され、前記第2無地部は、それぞれ「Z」字形に曲折されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記第1コーティング部を具備する前記第1極板、及び前記第2コーティング部を具備する前記第2極板が、セパレータを介して交互に積層される積層部を具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 1つの第1極板と最も隣接した他の第1極板との間の厚みが第1間隔であり、
1つの第2極板と最も隣接した他の第2極板との間の厚みが第2間隔であり、
前記第1極板は、前記第1間隔を有するように配置され、前記第2極板は、前記第2間隔を有するように配置され、前記第1間隔及び前記第2間隔は、同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 曲折された前記第1無地部の前記第1間隔の方向における幅は、第1間隔より狭いか、あるいは同一に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極組立体。
- 第1活物質でコーティングされた第1コーティング部、及び曲折された第1無地部を具備する第1極板;第2活物質でコーティングされた第2コーティング部、及び曲折された第2無地部を具備する第2極板;並びに前記第1極板及び前記第2極板の間に具備されるセパレータ;を含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、を含み、
前記第1無地部と、最も隣接して配置された他の第1無地部との間には、セパレータと第2極板との厚みに相当する段差が形成されており、
前記第1無地部および前記他の第1無地部のうちの一方の第1無地部が曲折されて、前記段差に相当する空スペースを埋めている二次電池。 - 前記第1無地部及び前記第2無地部は、「Z」字形に曲折されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 1つの第1極板と最も隣接した他の第1極板との間の厚みが第1間隔であり、
1つの第2極板と最も隣接した他の第2極板との間の厚みが第2間隔であり、
前記第1極板は、前記第1間隔を有するように配置され、前記第2極板は、前記第2間隔を有するように配置され、前記第1間隔及び前記第2間隔は、同一であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 曲折された前記第1無地部の前記第1間隔の方向における幅は、第1間隔より狭いか、あるいは同一に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
